Traditional chalet 150 m from the slopes

This old farmhouse is designed to ensure the comfort of these guests, while retaining its original charm. It is located at 1300m altitude synonymous with tranquility and sunsets on the Massif de Beauregard, directly on the slopes (150m), and overlooks the village of Clusaz (5 min by car).
Can accommodate up to 15 people with:
- a space dedicated to the storage of skis and snowboards,
- a long entrance hall used as a drying area for ski boots and clothes,
- a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, raclette and fondue) with a work plan, open on a first living space for a friendly and enjoyable meal preparation, even for the cooks!
- a second living space extending the first with fireplace (wood provided), sofas, stack of comics and board games available,
- the possibility to dine comfortably with 15 people at the same time (by linking 2 large tables) or to have children and parents dine on separate tables,
- 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine with storage, sheets and towels provided,
- 2 bathrooms with bath, one with washing machine
- a terrace of 20m2 (to clear snow in winter),
- private parking where easily park 4 cars.

Finally, the pastures around the chalet offer a toboggan ground for young and old. We will be happy to bring you our advice of walks, activities, restaurants, according to your interests.
