Mission Hills Golf and Country Club is located in Rancho Mirage, in the heart of the Coachella Valley nestled between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. It sits at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains and with stunning views of the often snow peaked San Jacinto Mountains.

Mission Hills Golf and Country Club is known for its world class golf courses as well as its amazing tennis clubs and is home to the LPGA tournament and signature tennis events. Rancho Mirage is a playground for numerous Hollywood celebrities and international world leaders boasting an incredible 348 days of sunshine per year and only hours from Hollywood and all of its attractions.

Located in a secure gated community, it is both quiet and private and only a very short walking distance from all of the country club facilities (Golf Club, Tennis Courts, Croquet, Pickle-ball, Clubhouse and Fitness Center). The wonderful landscape with palm trees, flowers and views over mountains are perfect for walking and admiring sunrises and sunsets or just sitting out watching the hummingbirds feed.

About Our Home

Welcome to our beautiful two master bed-roomed tennis villa at Mission Hills Golf and Country Club with 10 out of 10 reviews that feels like home the moment you step through the front door. We are constantly making additions to our home for your enjoyment and comfort to make it a real home from home. Our fully furnished vacation home is a one storey ground level tennis villa which rarely become available and highly sort after due to their close proximity to all of the Mission Hills Golf and Country Club facilities just a short walking distance away.

Access to the property couldn't be easier, as you conveniently use keyless front door entry with a personalized access code of your choice and you will be checked in at the gate in advance of arrival.

For those who love the outdoors, our villa offers two distinct patios, a small and a large patio offering differing experiences to your stay.

Small Patio - There is a small patio leading from the great room with comfortable seating, a table, parasol and a brand new 5 burner BBQ. Here you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine, watch the hummingbirds on the lemon tree and admire the bougainvillea tumbling over the wall whilst watching the sunset. Or equally, it is also an ideal location in the morning to have that first cup of coffee of the day and watch the sun rise with the firepit on.

Large Patio - The large patio has a large covered outdoor space offering some sun and shade with brand new comfortable outdoor seating and a table. It's ideal for entertaining a number of people at night and lights up creating a lovely atmosphere and is a perfect year-round space and completely private and is unique to tennis villas. In summer relax with a cool drink, away from the heat. In winter, enjoy a cosy time around the brand new table gas fire pit with a hot chocolate or early morning coffee on the small patio.

For your use, we also have available a 1080p outdoor projector and 100+ inch screen with stereo speaker to enjoy those special "Movie Nights" outdoors. It has access to all of the TV and Movie Apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and many more).

The Great Room

The great room is large, air conditioned and airy with beautifully vaulted wooden ceilings and an adjustable ceiling fan. It features a brand new 75-inch 4K UHD app based Smart TV with access to local and national US TV channel with over 100+ channels including Paramount and Disney +. Your personal subscription based app e.g. Netflix, Hulu and Prime can also be accessed for your enjoyment. It also comes with a Bose Soundbar giving a cinema like sound experience in your living room.

The large fireplace features a glass fronted natural gas fire and a large sofa with comfortable seating easily for 6 people or more. There is a fully equipped bar, ideal for mixing cocktails and spirits. The great room also has mood lighting allowing you to create exactly the kind of atmosphere and setting you wish to have when relaxing.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new utensils, cooking and bake-ware, crockery, glassware, silverware, Keurig Pod and drip coffee makers, four slice toaster, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, and waffle maker. It comes with a large gas range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. It also has a new front-loading washer and dryer. The kitchen also has a Google Home Hub, your connected home assistant, perfect for asking questions, adding to your to-do or shopping list and playing music throughout the home.

Our villa boasts two fully independent en suite master bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Master Suite 1 - Master Suite 1 has beautifully vaulted wooden ceilings and is stylishly furnished with a King Size bed with brand new bedding, bedside tables and lamps. It features a brand new 65-inch 4K UHD app based Smart TV with access to local and national US TV channels with over 100+ channels including Disney and Paramount +. Your personal subscription based app e.g. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime can also be accessed for your enjoyment. It also has it’s own Google Home Mini for playing music, alarm clock and asking questions etc.

The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, twin sinks and a huge amount of closet space with a safe. The patio doors lead out to the large courtyard offering a lovely aspect.

Master Suite 2 - Master Suite 2 features lovely opaque glass tiles on the wall allowing natural sunlight to fill the room. It has a King-sized bed with brand new bedding, bedside tables and lamps and an ample closet with both hanging and shelf space. The brand new wall-mounted 43-inch 4K UHD app based Smart TV with access to local and national US TV channels with over 100+ channels including Disney and Paramount +. Your personal subscription based app e.g. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime can also be accessed for your enjoyment. It also has it’s own Google Home Mini. The sliding patio doors lead out to the large patio. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and large sink.

Both master suites boast en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy for two independent couples. Both master suites are completely independent from each other making it private for two couples to share and enjoy the villa together.

Palm Springs is fast becoming a highly desirable and go to remote working location due to its eclectic mix of sun, stunning beauty, amazing food as well as plenty of activities going on throughout the year. Palm Springs International Airport has been voted as the best small US airport to travel to and also recently announced that it had set a new record for passenger traffic of 3.2 million passengers in 2023 and set to increase for 2024 and beyond (source KESQ News and the Points Guy).

Over the last few years, the world has changed significantly and we are all looking to achieve a better work life balance and we have noticed a change in our guests preferences, many of whom are now looking to balance long stays with some part-time remote working. We have therefore newly purchased and made available a 27" PC monitor along with a keyboard, 16GB USB storage stick, 4 port USB 3.0 extender, 1080p webcam and mouse (Laptop not included). With 250mb+ Wifi available throughout the condo, an ideal and convenient set up for a bit of remote working on your personal laptop.
