Enjoyed the unit and the location. Love the layout...the upstairs bunk room for the kids...nice spacious common area...bedrooms and bathrooms were great (though the master Bathroom isn't all the way private. The sink area is a shared space with no door, and is used by two couples down there. Might want to put a door at the entrance to it Checkin,...normally there's a keyfab and or clear instructions for late check in, Wasn't expecting to have to drive to a separate bulding to get a key. Not a huge deal but it wasn;t super clear, so when we arrived at the unitit took some time with everyone locked out, while we figured out what to do, Propane ran out mid grilling. A few kitchen items we normally expect weren't there, like they have salt...but no pepper..some other things like that. Response time to inquiries was slow...had to re-ask for a response. When we talked with the (very nice) lady at the office and described th the issues, there was a tinge of..."you shouldn't expect what you expected.... and you should have called us re. the propane". No. the propane tank should be full or have a backup onsite. We can't wait for a slow responding host to get back to us in the middle of grilling. It was 7:30 on a saturday and host had already been unresponsive with our request for a late checkout. The place is a bit dated and seems to need some updating. Seems at that price point it would be more updated and better equipped.

Beautiful property, but lacks maintenance and cleaning. There was a baking sheet in the oven that was used for cooking bacon, and was never cleaned.

Great location

The condo is in a great location and worked out well for our family. The only thing I would mention that made it difficult was that there is no door to the Master bath dressing room area, which made privacy challenging. A pocket door would be a groat addition. Unit also could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

This property was pretty accurate from the pictures. The location was amazing. We even had deer outside the bedroom window. The process of renting was extremely easy. We all had a great time. Wish there were some games to play during the rain, but overall it was a great experience.

Great for families

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids going to June and Mammoth for the weekend. Check in was a breeze, and the condo was very roomy and clean. Great big dining table for the kids to spread out and game on after a full day of snow play. Short walk to restaurants. Easy parking. One caveat: the loft area is only accessible by a ladder, no stairs. It was fine for our kids (8+ years old) but it may be a consideration for parents with younger children.

Great little secret

Fantastic location right next to the lake, close to restaurants and a few minutes to chair 1. This property has been well maintained and it shows. Will be back again.

Overall great. A few light bulbs out. Upstairs shower head (large) and sprays out shower door. Living room coffee table (cart with wood top) had back wheel missing nut that holds wheel in place making it a little unstable.

Thank you for an excellent stay. While not an issue for us you may want to send the maintenance person to the unit and have them tighten down all the bathroom faucets and spigots, they were all a bit loose and not secured well to the countertops. Same issue for the shower door hardware, loose and about to fall off the door.

We love the place edgwatere 17. The only thing we found this time, in the kitchen we found cockroaches ( around 5-6) running around in kitchen. Never saw cockroaches prior. Also no can opener, it was broken. Love the place.

Edgewater 17 June Lake.

This rental is amazing. Located right in between the lake and town. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The people are friendly and June Lake brewery has some tasty beer.
