Great view of the lake and easily walkable to everything. Just minimum supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms and it needs some DW-40 on the doors. Nice, comfortable spot though.

Wonderful New Year's stsy

Our family of four comfortably fit in this 2BR split level condo. It had everything we needed, was tastefully decorated and well kept, and was about 5 minutes from June Mountain resort for skiing, and about 30 minutes from Mammoth. We especially enjoyed being able to walk into the small town of June Lake from the condo.

This is our second time staying here. Pros- location, views, and well equipped. Cons- the room with the queen bed was very bright at night. We had a light outside blaring all night into the room and the blinds were broken. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Such a bummer because I remember them being comfortable a year ago. Other than that our stay was great.

Nice view to the lake right next to it. Spacious and clean. The only needed improvement we can say about is that the first-floor bathroom has a narrow clear window in the wall between the two sinks but comes with no blind or any sort of cover. We have to use a couple of trash bags to cover it in the evening.

Great June Lake Stay!

We had a good time at the Edgewater #4 condo. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my coffee looking at the lake every morning. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, it was a cozy place that made our stay comfy & enjoyable. The place is centrally located so we walked everywhere, which was a bonus too. Check in and checking out was seamless and super easy as well. My only feedback would be to place a laminated sheet with the passwords for the electronics such as the Hulu Live TV or any other apps on the TV. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great Condo, Would Come Back Again!

We just checked out of this great Condo In June Lake! Very spacious but cozy! Loved the wood burning fireplace and nice mattresses in the bedrooms. Location was great and we enjoyed a fun few days on the slopes too!

We enjoyed staying at the property. The location, view, and decor was all great. Super close to downtown--just a quick walk to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything you might have forgotten. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable, but kind of low if that is an issue for anyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, supplies. The only thing to note on the negative side is that the master bathroom shower pan had mildew all around the rim and one of the sink faucets in the master bathroom was not even attached--just sitting on the counter top.

Wonderful condo. Stocked kitchen and updated everything. Even the dishes. The heater worked great and did not go off and on all night. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion would be to have the owners turn the hot water heater up a notch as the showers were more warm than hot. Would rent again!

Wonderful!

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. It is the perfect place to stay while in June Lake. It is probably one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in, was very comfortable, and a restful location to relax in after a day outside. Loved it!
