ヴィラは静かなエリアにあり、ビーチから400メートル（徒歩5分）、モンデッロのレストラン、クラブ、スーパーマーケットから数メートル、中央広場から数キロです。 市内中心部へは車またはバスで簡単にアクセスできます（10分）。停留所はヴィラから50mです。
ヴィラは2つの明るく広々とした部屋で構成され、両方とも2つのダブルベッド（部屋の1つには5人目のゲスト用のソファベッドもあります）、シャワー付きのバスルーム2つ、設備の整ったキッチン、ベランダ/リビングルームがあります庭。 ヴィラには、ベランダのテレビ、wifi接続、独立した暖房とエアコンが備わっています。

Perfect Beach Location

We were very happy with the apartment and the location. Short walk to the beach and beautiful living area and gardens. Both the owner and her Father were a pleasure to deal with. 5 star all the way!

Mondello break

We are in Italy for just over 3 weeks & have spent a great 4 days in Mondello / Palermo using the Villa as our base . It is in a great location, the rooms were very clean & the amenities in great condition. We highly recommend staying here if you have a week to spend in Sicily

Great Experience

GERMAN BELOW/ DEUTSCH UNTEN We had a great Experience at this small but fine villa The kitchen got renovated and it's a morden kitchen with everything you need. We were greeted very lovely by her father that explained everything well to us in a good english. The TV had access to Youtube, Netflix and etc. wich is also kinda great. We can advise you to drive by bus when u wanna go to Palermo the driveing there is insane atleast for us germans, and don't youse Taxi's or make these Apre tours they will scam you for sure. There is a good store nearby called Famila store. They have a great range of fresh products and also a lovely little Café in the mall. Wir hatten eine schöne Erfahrung mit dieser kleinen aber feinen Villa. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll begrüßt und er konnte uns alles ganz gut in englisch erklären. Die Küche wurde komplett neu renoviert in 2023 und hat alles moderne, was man braucht. Der Fernseher hat zugang zu Youtube, Netflix und etc, wenn man sich einloggt, was auch sehr nett ist. Wenn ihr mit einem Mietwagen nach Palermo fahren wollt, dann nehmt lieber den Bus. Die fahren da absolut wie sch**** der Gastgeber kann euch dabei helfen, wie ihr mit dem Bus in die Stadt kommt. Taxis und apre touren würde ich komplett meiden, da diese alle Betrüger sind und ein komplett übers ohr hauen. In der nähe gibt es ein "Famila Store" die haben ein Super angebot mit Frischen, klassischen Sizilanischen Dingen. Dort ist auch ein Café was sehr empfehlenswert ist für den morgen.

Große, gepflegte und sehr saubere FeWo mit Flair, u. a. Altbau- Deckenhöhe mit Stuck, herrlicher Wintergarten im Grünen. Zwei Bäder en Suite zu den Schlafzimmern. Dominic (Vater der Vermieterin) ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Villa molto bella, a cinque minuti dal mare. Giardino fantastico peccato non averlo potuto usare dato il tempo sfavorevole. Camere molto spaziose. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Grazie alla mamma di Giada per l'ospitalità. Un saluto a Ugo che già ci manca.

Très belle location proche de la belle plage de Mondello

La location était tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Deux grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain et climatisée. La maison possède une très belle véranda climatisée également et donnant sur le beau jardin. Celui-ci est tout équipé, salon de jardin parasol et chaises transat au bord d’un bassin à poisson rouge tout à fait relaxant ! Elle se situe à 5’ à pied de la baie de Mondello et d’un restaurant qui fait d’excellentes Pâtes et pizza ( aussi à emporter). Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et nous ont bien renseignés sur les visites alentours.

Frei nach Tucholsky: ... eine Villa im Grünen mit großer Terrasse vorn das Mittelmeer und hinten die Quattro-Canti-Straße... Die Vermieter: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit + sympathisch (Grazie molto !) La Casa: ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto al centro oder zu Fuß an den Strand. Leider gibt es ein fantastisches panificio um die Ecke - 2 kilo plus per settimana... Gerd + Annerose

Highly Recommendable

A charming old villa with 2 spacious bedrooms and a nice sitting-room, all having aircon. The kitchen is a bit small, not suitable for preparing big meals, but perfectly ok for breakfast. All very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the big, fenced garden with beauty- ful plants and flowers and enough shade to spend hours there. The house is located in a nice middle-class area, busstop 3-4 mins away. The town of Mondello and the beach can be rather crowded and noisy at weekends, with many young people coming over from Palermo, but maybe this was due to our travelling time in late June. The villa Papiri, however, always felt like an oasis of tranquility. Last but not least, a big thank-you to our hosts, Giada and her parents, who were very kind and hospitable.

Empfehlenswert!

Netter Empfang,freundliche Vermieter. Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit gepflegtem Garten und eingezäuntem Grundstück ( Blickdicht). Die Lage ist für einen Badeurlaub optimal und das Meer sehr sauber. Für Ausflüge nach Palermo kann man bequem für wenig Geld mit dem Bus fahren.Fahrkarten ( Biglietti) bekommt man unten am Meer im Tabakwaren und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber.Für kleinere Einkäufe von Lebensmitteln gibt es in der Nähe der Unterkunft ( zu Fuß 5 Minuten) einen kleinen Minimarkt und ein Panificio ( Brotgeschäft) ,welches auch fertig Gerichte zum aufwärmen verkauft. Sollte man wie meine Freundin und ich in der Vorsaison ankommen um Ausflüge und Besichtigungen durchzuführen, empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Mit diesem kann man auch in ca.10 Minuten ein paar größere Einkaufsmärkte erreichen. Die Villa können wir nur empfehlen! Zwei geräumige Zimmer - dazu im Zimmer ein Bad, kleine aber ausreichende Küchenzeile und das schönste eine verglaste Terasse auf der man mit Blick auf den Garten wunderbar frühstücken oder Abendessen kann. Zwei Sofa's bieten Platz zum entspannen oder Fernsehen.Die Terasse hat einsetzbare Fliegengitter und auch in den Zimmern ist alles mit Fliegengittern versehen. Aber auch im Garten kann man sich wohlfühlen. Alles vorhanden, Tisch und Stühle, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden, es ist wirklich alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Danke an die sehr netten Vermieter Maddalena, Mimmo, Giada und unseren Liebling Hugo( Kater)!

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location

This was a most wonderful family holiday. The villa was very clean and well equipped and surprisingly spacious. The gardens were spectacular and we enjoyed many hours chatting in the sun. The location of the villa is excellent, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes and a short bus ride or drive into the center of historic Palermo. However, it was the never ending help and support of Giada and her family that was most notable, coming to our rescue on many occasions, including when we got lost on our first night. We cannot praise them enough. Thank you for a most memorable family holiday and your Sicilian hospitality. Fiona and Ben.

Very clean, and exactly as described, good location.

The property was hosted by the owners who spoke very good English and were very helpful. We had the best of both worlds with the beach 5 minutes walk and Palermo 20 minutes away by bus (806).

A lovely place to stay

The villa is lovely. It was very comfortable and quiet and well maintained in a beautiful neighborhood near the beach. The villa has a lush, subtropical garden. Mondello is pretty, with headlands on both sides of the bay. It was a great place to stay to visit Palermo. Access to Palermo was easy. You take one bus, transfer to another, both of which run very frequently. (And if you're driving, it's easy to drive in and out of Mondello.) Giada and her parents were friendly and helpful. Giada's parents live on the other side of the building. We only talked to them once, but we liked them a lot.

Lovely place

Sehr schöne Jugendstilvilla, schöner Garten, gute ruhige Lage.

S. o. sehr netter Empfang, alle erforderlichen Erklärungen, Eltern der Besitzerin wohnen im rückwärtigen Teil der Villa, als Gast ist man aber ziemlich privat. Besonders nett für Katzenliebhaber, es wohnen auch einige sehr nette Katzen im Garten, NICHT im Haus. Der Bus nach Palermo fährt 5 min. vom Haus entfernt (ca. 20 min. ins Centrum). Zum sehr gepflegten Strand etwa genauso weit. War eine sehr schöne Woche, würden wir immer weiterempfehlen.
