We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was great. We even tackled nearby Laniki Pillbox hike. There were 8 adults and we enjoyed the 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen was well stocked. Peter was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house and everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. Peter was communicative and quick with his responses. The location was exceptional with a very short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Lanikai) and a short walk to Kailua beach. We were able to walk a pedestrian trail into town which was fantastic as well. The house was appointed with absolutely everything we needed (special mention for all the beach toys and accessories for both our young daughter and adults alike!). Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location. Very close to a nice beach and another beach very short distance away where we did snorkeling. Walkable to a small shopping area. Everything was just as expected and even better. The house was lovely and so well stocked and maintained. We enjoyed everything about it. Access to the beautiful Kailua Beach was easy and so very nice. We even had a unique experience (to us) of a tsunami evacuation! We all wish it were just a bit closer to Chicago. Wonderful property

Great location across from the beach and close to town. The pool and large covered patio plus pool toys really added fun for the whole family. This house had everything with spacious rooms, all bedrooms with own bath, fully equipped kitchen and beach equipment. Would stay here again.

Incredible home and pool with perfect location

We were blown away by how nice and spacious the home was as soon as we walked in. The backyard feels very private and relaxing - didn't expect to spend much time in the pool with the beach nearby, but we used it every day. There are great beaches nearby, and several great restaurants/food spots as well. Would happily stay here again many times!

This property is gorgeous. It is so close to the beach—short walk. Beach towels are available and beach chairs and snorkel equipment. Peter the host is very friendly and helpful. Kailua Perfection!

Beautiful home in a perfect location at Kailua Beach. It also is a short walk to Lanikai Beach, the Pillbox Trail, Buzz’s and the Kalapawai Market. The house is in a small, quiet gated community and is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable with a clean, warm pool in addition. The owner is readily available if needed. Absolutely loved our stay!

The house exceeded our expectations and made our trip relaxing and fun!! Peter was very responsive with any questions we had. Spent a lot of time on the covered lanai, even in the rain it provided plenty of dry seating. The rooms were large, the beds were comfy and the house was well equipped and very clean. Simply the Best

This was the perfect home for our group of six. It is located right across the street from Kailua Beach Park and a short walk to Lanikai Beach and Buzz's Steakhouse. Not only did we go to the beach every day, we were also happy to have the private pool to gather around in the evenings. The house is well stocked with necessities, and the welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. Peter was a very responsive and gracious host. We certainly plan to return.
