The Alouatta Guesthouse is a private two-story residence within the Casa Alouatta estate in the heart of Las Catalinas. Designed for comfort and privacy, it offers beautiful ocean views and a separate entrance while remaining connected to the shared outdoor living areas of the property.



The guesthouse features two mirrored queen bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, large open showers, and handcrafted concrete sinks. Both bedrooms open onto a lower terrace with direct access to the outdoor areas, including stairs leading toward the yoga deck and nearby beach trails.



The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island (seating six), two bistro tables on the covered terrace, and a comfortable open-concept living room with a Queen BoConcept sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to two additional guests.



A private laundry room with washer and dryer is located just outside the bedrooms for convenience.



The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Sonos sound systems in the main living area, outdoor pergola, and yoga deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living and entertainment.



Guests have access to the shared outdoor areas of the Casa Alouatta estate, including the swimming pool, barbecue area, pergola, and lounge spaces. These areas are shared with the owners who reside in the adjacent main house.





Beach Club Access



Guests may also enjoy access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club, featuring pools, restaurant, bar, and fitness facilities, with the following daily entry fees:



Child Pass (8–12): $15 VAT (includes $10 credit)

Under 8: Free (limited access)

Non-Member Pass: $30 VAT (includes $15 credit, reservation required)

Swim Gym Pass: $20 VAT (7–10 am access)





Location Lifestyle



Las Catalinas is a walkable, car-free coastal town surrounded by nature, beaches, and tropical dry forest.



The town center, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and plazas, is approximately a 10-minute walk (around 700 m) from the guesthouse. The local gourmet grocery store, Copper Stone, is located about 500 m away.



There is no dedicated parking at the property itself. However, guests may briefly access the house by car for loading and unloading luggage or groceries. After that, one vehicle can be parked free of charge at the Las Catalinas public parking area, approximately 750 m away.



Please note that occasional construction activity may be present during daytime hours as the community continues to grow and develop.





Additional Information Services



To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.



Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.





Important to Know



Access within the two-story guesthouse requires stairs, as there is no elevator.

Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (approximately 750 m away) is currently free. As it is managed by a private company, this may change at any time without prior notice.

The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.

This home is intended for responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Pets are not permitted.
