The Space:
Welcome to 1145 Beach Walker Villa, a stunning oceanfront condo located on the south end of Amelia Island. Perfect for your next vacation, this second-floor villa offers more than just a beach stay; it provides a spacious and comfortable setting ideal for family gatherings or groups.

This popular rental features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while one guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The other two guest bedrooms each have two twin-sized beds.

Situated in the sought-after Beach Walker complex on the Omni Resort grounds, this villa boasts prime views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, just a short walk away. The pool area includes a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

We provide all fresh linens and towels for our guests, as well as a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

This unit is laid out over multiple interior levels and accessed via stairs—there are no elevators available inside the unit.

Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.

RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Book with Confidence: We offer all guests reserving a stay more than 30 days in advance the ability to cancel for FREE within 72 hours of bookings.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.

All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.

This is a pet friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $150 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 25 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.

There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Oceanfront Omni Amelia Island

Beautiful landscaping - pleasant accommodations. It'd be wonderful if the hot water for showers was hotter, and if there was a water filter for drinking and cooking water.

A Great Getaway

Very open spacious living and kitchen area which we loved. Plenty of bed space for the whole family plus some. Mattresses on a couple beds were a little outdated but we would still stay again. Can’t beat the location.

Property was very nice, pool and ocean very close. Trees blocked the view, I’m sure the trees have grown over the years. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of in record time and we had a wonderful stay.

Some of the furniture needed updating. Microwave didn’t work. Elevator was out for 2 days. Had to carry bags and food up stairs.Bedspread had pet stains. The beach was great!!

Location- beautifulPool- GeorgeousOcean - beachfrontFacility- people deserve better for the price esp. kitchen and living room area as it is old, outdated, and soiled seats at table, old frig. Horrible couch- no stability to it.Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired- needs a thorough spring, cleaning in bedrooms as well. Many items found in the rooms. Not allowed in until about 24 min after checkin as cleaners were still there and said they only learned a few minutes before to take care of it.Broken sliding door. We requested someone to come repair it and no one ever did.

Deceitful listing

Property was not at all what expected. Firstly, there were 4 different levels. No mention was made in listing about that. The apartment was poorly maintained. Couch was broken, a chair had a spring coming out of the bottom, the drains in bathrooms were disgusting...I have photos. Maintenance came to fix broken shower handle and reconnect TV. I have also contacted property manager and have gotten no response. I've always had a good experience with VRBO, but this unit should not be rented again until updates are made.

Amelia Island Beach Week

Overall everyone enjoyed the space and the beach/pool. We had 7, including 2 young children. Everyone had their own space and 4 bedrooms made it comfortable. Beach is close and at this time of year (Sep in FL), you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Pool was also great. The apartment could use some TLC. One sofa seemed to have no bottom. Windows really need cleaning on the outside. A/C was working but apparently was leaking to the unit below. Staff came to make a fix but left the old filter in which was soaked with water. Refrigerator could be replaced. Water was leaking from freezer-- again fixed promptly but it is old--as is the glass top dining table and carpeting ion main level. But overall was pleased with this property--the location made it a perfect beach stay

Tons of stairs to climb

The listing was very misleading and deceitful about the amount of stairs both inside our condo and to get to the beach. I even contacted the manager about how difficult the walk would be because of my elderly father and was told it was about a 3 minute walk. There was not mention of the multiple flight of stairs to climb to get to the beach. Inside the condo, there were three flights of stairs that were purposely not photographed or mentioned in the listing. Only a single flight of stairs were photographed in the listing inside the condo and there was no mention of the multiple flights of stairs to the beach. We were disappointed and will never be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Amelia Island with the following exceptions. The beach chairs were horrible and should be replaced and there was not a vacuum in the unit. With a week stay a vacuum would Ave been nice. Finally, note the pool is not heated.

Great condo for families

The location is wonderful in the Omni plantation. Comfortable space for families and is nice with multiple floors. They provided enough trash bags and toilet paper to get through our stay which has been hit or miss lately with other companies/condos. My only complaint was the beds in both the masters hurt both me and my husbands back and my fathers. Highly suggest a mattress upgrade. Otherwise, they provided towels and toys and our stay was lovely.
