RELÁJATE Y DISFRUTA DE LAS VISTAS DESCONOCIDAS DEL OCÉANO DESDE TU BALCÓN! Esta unidad de la esquina del segundo piso se encuentra al final del corredor con ventanas que dan a tres direcciones y 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. La propiedad es perfecta para dos familias en vacaciones en la playa con los niños, cuatro parejas en una escapada solo para adultos o abuelos, padres e hijos que crean recuerdos que no se olvidarán pronto. Si tiene una mascota, nos encantaría darles la bienvenida a nuestra casa.

Este condominio cuenta con dos suites rectas de dormitorio principal, cada una con una cama king y su propio baño en suite. Las otras dos suites están ubicadas en un piso separado, una con litera y nido y la otra con dos camas queen y un baño compartido. Este diseño de tres niveles brinda privacidad y espacio para la relajación y áreas comunes cómodas para que todos puedan compartir.

El tercer piso ofrece una amplia sala de estar abierta con baldosas españolas que servirá como punto de reunión para compartir sus historias del día, disfrutar de una noche de juegos en familia o relajarse frente al televisor de pantalla plana. La ubicación de la unidad de esquina con ventanas en varias paredes permite que la brisa del mar fluya a lo largo, mientras escucha las olas rompiendo. En el improbable caso de que lo hayas olvidado, un sofá blanco y un sofá de dos plazas junto con sillas de respaldo alto te recuerdan que estás en la playa.

La sala de estar se abre a la zona de comedor con una gran mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que necesitará para preparar cualquier plato que lo inspire.

Finalmente, un gran balcón ofrece hermosas vistas del océano mientras se relaja con su café de la mañana o termina su día con una copa de vino, y en cualquier otro momento siente la necesidad de relajarse. Una gran piscina está rodeada de palmeras y follaje para su privacidad y está equipada con cómodos sillones, todo gratis para los huéspedes.

We enjoyed our stay. The building and the unit were a bit “tired” and dated, but everything was clean and in working condition. We had a pretty large group for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room.

The villa was nice but several of the electrical outlets and switches were inoperable and some were loose therefore dangerous. Overall, the area was beautiful and felt very safe and quiet. The host interaction was pleasant- no problems there.

Our stay at Amelia Island was very disappointing. Our family has been visiting Amelia Island for many years, and we have never had such a poor experience.The apartment was dirty upon arrival, and the air conditioning did not work on the first day. The most frustrating part, however, has been the lack of communication. We have attempted to contact the property manager multiple times since the day we checked out and have received little to no response.Due to the condition of the unit and the complete lack of follow‑up, I would not recommend renting this property, as it is not currently in rentable condition.

Overall, it met our needs for this specific weekend. There were some areas of improvement that I would recommend including the quality of fixtures in the main level bathroom. Everything was working; however, the sink and tub are old and stained - leading the group to utilize the other bathrooms and forgo showering/bathing in the tub on the main level. This was somewhat inconvenient for our group with small children. Additionally, the beds could use some updating and seemed worn in/old. The house did have everything that it stated it would have including access to facilities on the main property. We were pleased with the location and the accessibility of the unit.

The view and easy access to the beach were great! The pool area was really nice also. The rental company was great to work with and quickly responded to our requests. The condo was clean and as described but the pictures definitely gave it a glow-up. It is dated and some of the updates are sloppy (like paint). It was not a bad stay but also not quite what I expected. Better check in directions would have been helpful, as it took us a while to find the correct gate, then the assigned parking place and door. The condo building is a bit of a maze.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our family vacation and the property had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location and close proximity to the beach. The only disappointment was that we didn't have any access to the OMNI resort amenities and couldn't purchase wristbands for an additional charge (tennis courts, heated pools, workout facilities, etc.).

Overall a great condo and property. The pool was pretty quiet, even on the holiday weekend. Note that it’s a galley kitchen, so getting in and out is tight if you have multiple people trying to use the kitchen.

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I live near this property in a small condo. For our 50th wedding anniversary we rented the Beach Walker unit for 3 of our adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren. They all declared it was perfectly set up and well located for enjoying all the amenities Amelia Island Plantation, beach and downtown Fernandina Beach have to offer.

Beeping Smoke Detectors

House was a great size and in a great location. Pool was also very nice but beeping smoke detectors for 3 of our 4 nights and lack of help from maintenance made for not very restful nights. House always could have been cleaner.

Good location; problems were addressed promptly; however, the problem with a smoke alarm was not effectively resolved so we had sleep disrupted two nights instead of one. the kitchen would be much better if it were at least a foot wider.

This place is not what you'd expect - but GREAT management company

Many, many things broken, ripped screens, broken ice maker, broken doors, broken vertical blinds, broken tub faucet that dripped, front for didn't close well unless dead bolted. Burned carpet. The place advertised a kids play room, and we couldn't get in - after paying they said it was private for owner. Plaster falling off the ceiling and was on the carpet. For us, it was not a win. Also it's a good 20 min drive to main beach or centre street. With kids it's not the best. That said, the Amelia Island Vacation management company was so kind to listen to our concerns and assures us they are going to attend to the concerns we raised. It doesn't help us, but it may help you.

Disappointed

Do Not Rent this unit. We are very disappointed with our stay at Beach Walker condo. First, I asked specifically if the master bedroom was on the bottom floor because we had an elderly person in our group with mobility issues. While it is on the bottom of the unit, you access the condo by the top floor of the condo. The stairs inside the unit were tight & narrow. Also, the elevator to the condo, which was on the 3rd floor, was out of service for half the week. I reached out to my rental contact but no resolution was given. We ended up having to rent another space in town for our elderly person at our expense. The condition of the condo could best be described as a property in decline. The carpet looks really old-has major stains downstairs. There’s peeling & stained Sheetrock throughout the unit. The upstairs bathroom has a stained tub. The unit was dingy & dirty. The kitchen was tiny. You couldn’t open the dishwasher without bumping into cabinets. The front panel of the refrigerator kept falling off. We have stayed in many Omni properties in this area & this property doesn’t come close to being worth the money paid to rent it. The pool & beach access were great-only positive. Time for a major update or don’t list it.

Family retreat

Overall a good property to stay at. The Condos and property were very pretty and well kept. Pool area and grills were so nice! I will say for families with babies this property is not ideal due to the amount of stairs in the condo and on the boardwalk. You cant use a wagon unless you plan on carrying it up and down the stairs. Also the stairs in the condo are tile and rather sharp, so it is a constant hazard. The condo had everything we needed, a little bit if a tight squeeze in the galley kitchen but do-able. The A/C was broken our first night, but they sent out maintenance the next morning to fix it. The management seemed very attentive.

Great for large families/groups

Great location, and plenty of room. We had 8, with 5 adults, 2 children, and one infant. We never felt like we were on top of each other. There are not a lot of 4 bedroom, beachfront units on the plantation. There was plenty of space with a great location close to the shops and the Omni. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would go back.

Amelia Island Paradise

What better place to celebrate a 43rd Annual College Girlfriends Reunion weekend than in beautiful Amelia Island. The Beach Walkers condo was perfect for the nine of us who loved the Atlantic, the pool, and especially Fernandina Beach. I commend Amelia Island Vacations for their exceptional service as well!

Substandard property. Look elsewhere.

Our party of five professional women was very disappointed with this property. As other renters have mentioned, the very small bathroom that serves two bedrooms is in unacceptable disrepair. Heavily stained tub, poorly painted (patched) walls, door and sink backsplash area. For a property that can sleep 14 people, only 3 wineglasses and 4 coffee cups were in the cupboards. The flatware provided would only serve six people at a time. Kitchen knives were so dull that they were useless. And the ice maker didn't work. And probably the worst offense was that one of the beds had not been changed from the last renter. Wrinkled sheets, sand and dirt. Its was obvious that not only the owners but the management company, Amelia Island Vacations, have not paid much attention to this property in a long, long time. Don't waste your money. Find another property to rent.
