Enjoy all that Melbourne Beach's magical island has to offer with all the conveniences of home. This charming townhome is situated an easy 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orlando's International Airport and theme parks, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. Our beachfront home is located less than 1 mile from the beautiful Spressard Holland Golf Course and is close to restaurants, entertainment and tree covered parks that can be found within walking distance or a short bike ride.

This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located directly on the ocean with 2 balconies and a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. In May through October, sea turtles can be found nesting along the pristine beach - certainly an experience not to be forgotten.

This home offers 2 large, newly renovated, king-sized master suites with breathtaking ocean views. A third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for young family members. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials to enjoy a cozy meal at home either inside or outside on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi for your convenience.

Anyone looking for an escape or to enjoy the outdoors will be in heaven with the stunning white sand beach within steps. The surrounding area offers miles of biking, surfing, paddling in the ocean or river, or just a chance to take a stroll on a secluded beach. An experience you will want to duplicate year after year.

Great beach stay

This property was excellent. Beach access and beach view were just what we expected. Lots of things to do on the area. But far enough out of the main town to have privacy. We have stayed there twice and have already booked for next year.

Great place on the beach

We loved staying right on the beach. The view was gorgeous and we could easily go back to the townhouse for lunch or if we forgot something. Townhouse was very clean, had tons of beach supplies, and all the comforts of home.

Great Beach Condo!

Loved sitting on the back deck watching the sun rise and listening to the surf. Well stocked, quiet neighbors, convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The private beach is a nice amenity. We would definitely stay there again.

Jim and I are from opposite coasts... Yep, New York and California where we both grew up enjoying the beach. For the last 35 years we've been land-bound currently living in Golden, Colorado. Our recent purchase of the Opus Condo is all about returning to the ocean where some of our fondest memories were made.

We are thrilled to offer our beautifully renovated condo to guests looking for the perfect home away from home. It is our wish to create an atmosphere of fun, relaxation and memories in the making. Welcome and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!!!!!

What makes this property unique

Oceanfront property with beautiful views. A fully equipped kitchen offers the perfect spot for preparing meals. The living room is very comfortable, has a large screen TV, fireplace and a small reading nook. Two large master suites are located on separate floors, great for privacy. The third bedroom with twin beds is close to the upstairs master. Boogie boards, small surfboards, and a large assortment of beach toys are available for guest enjoyment. A gas grill and picnic table present the perfect opportunity for outdoor grilling/dining. The beach is peaceful, private and just delightful.
