Overall Very Nice

Everything was smooth, communication was clear. Beds and couch could be a bit better but overall we loved our stay. It was clean, pool was perfect for our littles and close to so many activities!

Hello, we hope that you and the other members have had an unforgettable time both in the house and in the community amenities. Thank you for your comments. We are always attentive to the messages we receive from our guests before and during their stay, as it is especially important for us that they feel at home. During your stay we were attentive to your messages and therefore we sent the technician to check the AC but he let us know that everything was fine, in addition our thermostats are smart and they themselves with the gaze of our employees who are looking at the temperature in our units, in addition, we receive thermostats notifications daily if something is wrong such as too cold or too hot. The houses also have remote-controlled fans that can help with the comfort of our guests. We are very sorry about the dust found but one of the things we want is for our units to be super clean and this can be verified by the messages left by our previous guests both on Vrbo and on other short rental platforms, we are sorry but we would have liked you to let us know immediately about this so we can take the necessary corrective measures both at the time and in the future. We apologize for this inconvenience but at the same time we hope that you and other members of your family or friends can book our unit in the future. Greetings.
