This was our second stay at one of Len & Kristy’s properties. The location is great, it is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained. The kitchen has lots of supplies. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

Communication with owners was excellent. The apartment was true to its pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable location. Absolutely perfect easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and activities very nearby. We will definitely come back.

Great stay in St Augustine

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect spot. The location was great and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very responsive when we did need to reach out. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!

Great Spot

Clean, good location close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. Kitchen was bigger than many other beach rentals and had plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils as well. We had a great stay!

Very comfortable and cozy for your rest and relaxation. You will love every minute at 208 C Street a beachy chic retreat by the sea.

St. Augustine Beach has everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – sunny accommodations, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beachside pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court. Time spent in St. Augustine Beach can be as active or as laid-back as you like.
Relax on the beach in the sunshine, waves caressing the shore ... what better place to relax than on the beach? Take a walk along the shore or enjoy the view from your beach chair (provided in your outside closet) beneath an umbrella (also provided, along with a beverage cooler and beach toys).

Travel 5 miles downtown and visit the oldest continuously occupied city in the U.S. since 1565 and explore the city’s brick-lined streets, horse carriages, forts and grand hotels that have charmed generations of visitors for many years. From the romantic restaurants and walkways, to the family-friendly attractions and activities — there are plenty of things to do in St. Augustine for every type of traveler.
Enjoy dinner and drinks in torch-lit courtyards. For a fun history adventure check out the Castillo de San Marcos. Built by the Spanish from 1672 to 1695, it is the oldest masonry fort in the U.S.A. Tour Flagler College, the former 1887 Hotel Ponce de Leon, and the Lightner Museum in the former Alcazar Hotel built in 1888 by Henry Flagler. See some of the finest collections of fine and decorative 19th century art and Tiffany Glass in the country.
Cap off the night with the Old Town Trolleys Ghosts and Gravestones ’"Frightseeing" Tour of nighttime St. Augustine.
Take a sunset cruise on the Schooner Freedom, a 72-foot sailboat.
