Nautical Smile - Newly Renovated Beach House One Short Block to Ocean!

Welcome to Nautical Smile!! Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with a twin bunk bed and full size convertible futon.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

Additional amenities include beachcomber bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

All Linens Provided.

Dogs are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted.

Maximum 6 people.

We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday after 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 pm.
No RV's allowed anywhere on property or in front of house.
No additional guests other than what is indicated on reservation without prior approval.

We were in St Augustine for a reunion of sorts and loved our time thanks to this darling bungalow. With it's comfortable interior and fabulous back yard, we loved being "home" and could have stayed forever. It was a quick walk to shops and an amazing beach. This home made me want to go back to St Augustine.

Great location across the street from the beach and in walking distance to many great restaurants! Shuttle into Old City and connection to Old Town Trolley tour located at the corner. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Great communication with the property owner. Overall a wonderful beach vacation!

Why they chose this property

Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years. Our extended family gets together here twice a year. We all loved it so much that we each bought a house here!

What makes this property unique

We love to come here with our two daughters and our dog Axel. We love that we can just walk to the beach, leave our things and come and go as we want due to the close proximity to the beach. We love the Farmer's Market which is on Wednesday's at the pier and that we can walk or take the beachcombers. It is so conveniently located to either downtown (10 min drive) or Disney (1 3/4 hours drive). We never want to leave once we are here!!!
