Waterfront... Ocean Breezes, sand in your toes, seashell hunts and GORGEOUS sunsets. Make your memories here at Normandy Beach. Cove Front property ideally situated on a large deep lot with open views of the cove. A hop, skip to the beach by day and back to the cove for kayaking and swimming in the pool in the afternoon. This house features an open concept floor plan, two family rooms -- one up and one down and generously sized bedrooms two of which are en suites. Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an outdoor shower. All new furnishings. New gas grill. Bikes, Kayaks, New Smart Tv's, Salt Water Pool, 8 Beach Badges for use at the Normandy Beach Association beach. Off -Street Parking for 5 cars.
