Temporada de verano 2019 con la reposición de playas de nuestra ciudad, dunas protectoras y nuevas rampas de acceso.

Esta no es una vieja casa de playa, es la casa de nuestra familia. Por favor, cuídenlo cuando hagan que sus recuerdos de vacaciones familiares aquí sean SSH. Queremos leer sobre toda la diversión que tuvo durante sus vacaciones en nuestra casa en la playa, así que ¡déjenos una nota en nuestro diario!

El orgullo por la propiedad brilla en este clásico de la casa costera de 1954, recientemente renovado. No-fumadores Hogar 4 habitaciones 1 baño completo, además de una ducha exterior de buen tamaño. Esta belleza recientemente renovada ha conservado un poco de su encanto original con un acabado de casa de campo playero. Pisos originales de madera de pino. Sensación ligera y aireada saliendo de las páginas de Pinterest.

Fresco, limpio y espacioso. Cocina de gran tamaño con cocina a gas, refrigerador KitchenAid French Door y fregadero de porcelana de la casa de porcelana de gran tazón doble de doble tazón. Baño renovado con pisos nuevos y azulejos. 2 dormitorios en el piso principal con baño Hall y dos dormitorios en el segundo piso. El porche delantero cerrado es perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana, relajarse con un buen libro y tomar una copa de vino por la noche. Abre las ventanas del porche para sentir esas brisas marinas barridas saladas.

Estacionamiento en la calle para 3 autos, patio trasero cercado. Patio trasero más patio cubierto. ¡Hemos proporcionado una parrilla de gas para barbacoa! Un corto paseo de 2 cuadras o en bicicleta hasta el paseo marítimo y la playa. 2 cuadras a pie de la bahía. ¡Disfruta de la montaña rusa y la noria en el muelle de Boardwalk Casino (meses de verano)! ¡El final de FunTown del paseo marítimo de Seaside Heights está en las etapas de renacimiento! Estamos ubicados en el tranquilo extremo norte, pero lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a todo. Cierre la configuración regional a Ortley. El Acme y CVS están a pocos pasos de distancia. Restaurantes, mini golf, paseo marítimo, entretenimiento, canotaje, paddle, pesca y cangrejos están a su alcance. Todo está a pocos pasos, la hermosa playa, el paseo marítimo, las tiendas, el alquiler de bicicletas y motos y los restaurantes. Disfrute de los restaurantes a lo largo del Boulevard. Tantos nuevos lugares para disfrutar.

Experimente el amanecer de la playa y la impresionante puesta de sol sobre la bahía con solo un corto paseo. Recoja las conchas, vaya a remar en la bahía, únase al yoga en la playa ... ¡tenga una excelente estadía!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy and very clean. The back yard was perfect for the kids and for outside meals. The location was very convenient to the beach, pier and grocery store. We would love to stay again!

Very good place to stay, with a few quirks.

Overall it was a very good property in an excellent location. Street was quiet and there was not a lot of noise - even though we were so close to the boardwalk. Off street parking was good. The back patio was wonderful and we appreciated and used the beach chairs and some of the toys. The BBQ grill was great. We also really enjoyed the outdoor shower - which somewhat helped make up for only having one bathroom. I would stay here again. A couple of downsides for people to be aware of: I found having to order linens from a supplier (or bring your own) super annoying. I would have been happy to have paid more not to have to deal with it. No dishwasher and no clothes dryer were two conveniences we missed. The air condition was ok, but the two upstairs bedrooms didn't have any control. Apparently it's tied to the full time tenants' unit?But overall - a very good place to stay.

Beautiful, nicely decorated, clean house

The house was really amazing, love the bedrooms, kitchen, living room. The patio and outdoor shower are amazing. There is only one bathroom in the house, but it is fixed up very nice.

This place fit our needs perfectly. I traveled with my sister and 6 y.o. son to meet friends with 9 and 6 y.o. daughters for five days of fun at the shore (there were 7 of us total). The spacious, well-equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area were amazing and we also enjoyed hanging out on the sun porch. Having one bathroom was only tricky a couple of times, but the outdoor shower helped immensely (although everyone only wanted to use the outdoor shower because it was so nice, ha). There is a tenant in an upstairs apartment who was friendly. There are two beach chairs and four beach badges provided. A hook and ring game and cornhole kept the kids entertained at the house. Two nice bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs off of the living room.The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, and bay, but far enough away from the main roads and boardwalk to be quiet. There is a also a park nearby with fun work-out equipment. I definitely recommend staying here!

Diamond in the rough!

This house has it all. There is plenty of space inside and out. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your family time away from the business of the boardwalk. The home had everything we hoped it would have. The owners took a lot of time making this place beautiful and it is decorated with care.

Adorable Beach House

Had a very nice stay at this adorable beach house. Was able to fit my wife, my two kids, inlaws, and myself. Super close to the beach! Wish it had linens but very miniscule issue. Loved staying here! 🙏⛱️

Perfect vacation

We had the best time. It was beautiful and the owners are lovely. Beautiful home. We walked to the beach and the boardwalk. We walked to dinner. It was perfect.

Home away from home.

The house was spacious and clean. The outdoor area in the back is large and a nice place to have a meal, read. The walk to the beach is a straight shot out the front door, about three blocks and under 10 minutes. You can just as easily drop a family off at the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with. The outdoor shower is really nice. The details in the listing were what we expected. And we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot!

We were a family looking to adopt a new place to make memories in for our yearly vacations and we found it! The house was very clean and accommodating for our family of 3. The hosts were very professional and nice throughout the entire process of booking, renting and during our stay. The house gives a very warm welcoming farmhouse feel along with incorporating all the beach vibes. All appliances and furnishings were new, clean and well cared for. There was plenty of yard space for games, grilling and relaxing with a good book. The outdoor shower made cleaning up after a day at the beach very convenient. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. 10/10 Experience All Around.

Cozy beach house

Myself and 5 girls spent reading long weekend celebrating my sisters reticent from teaching 9/16/21 .The beach house was very nice and clean. The outdoor patio space was perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and great space to enjoy outdoor evening dining and games. Great to park 3 cars in driveway. The walk to beach was only a couple of blocks which was also a plus.

Wonderful!

The home was perfect! Exactly like described in the ad- the back patio with the large table and yard were perfect. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying our time together. Also, enjoyed the outside shower. The beach and boardwalk were in walking distance.

Lovely outside and in but due to construction3/4 days very limited time outside. Hopefully next visitors won’t have this issue. No way to control u fortunately. Friendly permanent tenants.

Wonderful house only blocks from the beach.

We just spent a wonderful week renting this spacious and spotless home. It has all the comforts of home and a wonderful yard to spending mornings and evenings enjoying coffee and cocktails. We had our two siberian huskies with us and they loved the fenced yard. The kitchen offered enough space to set up crates so the dogs were secure while we were at the beach. It could not have been a more perfect setup for what we needed.

Great place; should have outdoor-interaction only check in.

There’s a lot to like about this rental. The kitchen is spacious and the stovetop is top notch. Sampson runs into the boardwalk just north of the shops, so it’s easy to hit the beach and opt into or out of the boardwalk scene. The porch and back area are great for relaxing, though the porch gets a little warm. Our only disappointment is that the site says no contact check in, but the owner is not doing that. She insisted on walking us through the house while not wearing a mask. We know people spread COVID before feeling symptoms, and we know interacting inside without masks is how it most easily spreads. Everything she told us inside – like advice to close the left-hand fridge door first – could easily have been communicated outside. I hope the owners can be satisfied interacting with people outside only, so their lovely home can be more safely enjoyed.

Perfect Family Getaway

Everything about this beautiful home was perfect - from the short walk to the beach to the cornhole game in the yard! This was a much needed change of scenery, and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness of every room, and all of the details that made us feel so cozy. We will definitely be back next summer!

Absolute beautiful home. We were so surprised at the clenliness and overall size of this home. Deanna and Bryan are nothing short of wonderful people and we will be renting form them for years to come! We can't thank them enough for letting us use their home!

Meticulously updated Seaside beach house

We went down to the Jersey shore to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. They met down the shore 51 years ago. There were 6 of us - my parents, my husband and I and our two teenage sons. The house was perfect!!!! We each had rooms, the house was clean and the front porch and back area were certainly bonuses - for relaxing, reading a book and people watching. The house is also close (walking distance) to the beach. We highly recommend the house!

Weekend Getaway

This property was so beautifully decorated and pristinely clean. The location of the home was great, with just a short walk to the boardwalk. Parking was on-site for three cars, and street parking seemed readily accessible on street if necessary. Deanna was kind throughout the process! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Shore getaway

Perfect Shore home. Great location within easy walking distance to the bay, ocean, and boardwalk. Beautiful blend of original charm and updated interior. A true find. Family vacations

We had a great time in that beautiful house. The location is perfect and everything was there....we cooked every day and we didn't miss a thing ! Every time i wrote to Deanna...i had the answer in 5 minutes. We didn't get the chance to meet her but we loved our stay !

Born & raised in NJ, we both spend summers at the shore. Moved to PA in our married years for career opportunities and realized how much we missed our trips to the shore. Not long after visiting a good friend's shore house for a birthday party did we realize this was where we want to spend our fun time and sand sculpting with our friends. So, we invested in a great house! One previous owner home that was full of family and great care. We want to continue with that same tradition. Family & friends making good memories together.

Quiet street with many long time neighboring homeowners, close proximity to the beach and bay. Short walk to the necessities. VERY Clean, well cared for property. For those that like quality, neat and tidy ... so do we!

Original knotty pine ... yes we are embracing it!
Pine 3/4 hardwood floors ... we sanded & refinished these sweet babies.
Family size kitchen that got a makeover for 2017 !
Outdoor shower, covered patio, fenced year, OFF STREET parking for 3 cars.
