Grandfathered hillside home overlooking majestic Pinnacle Peak, this unique gentleman’s ranch (not a working ranch) sits on nearly 7 acres. High end furnishings and finishes in a unique setting offer peaceful solitude while being close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. SubZero wine bar, primary bath coffee bar with beverage refrigerator, double dishwashers, double Wolf convection ovens, quartz and hardwoods, solid wood and iron doors, steam shower, patio misting system, Sonos and Google speakers, cable television in two rooms, smart tv’s in all bedrooms and living area.

Rustic elegance in a peaceful, majestic setting. High speed internet, pool service (NOT heated), and landscape service are included (there will be onsite technicians caring for the pool and landscaping periodically, but they will never enter the residence). We also include (required for every stay) general housekeeping service two (2) times per 30 day stay (i.e., once every other week). General housekeeping includes vacuuming, dusting, and sanitization of baths and kitchen. Laundry is not included. If additional housekeeping service is desired (i.e., laundry, or more often), guests are welcome to visit with our housekeeper to discuss additional services and associated fees. However, the 2x per 30 days general housekeeping service is included in the flat rate cleaning of $200 described in the listing fees.

Garage door code will be provided for easy access the day of check-in. No cameras. Minimal check-out procedures (dishes and trash, thats it).

The nearly 7 acre parcel is shared with a smaller 1/1 house that may be occupied, or can also be rented if available, and is located approximately 2 acres away for maximum privacy.

You will have private access to the attached 2 car garage. You will NOT have access to the standalone 4 car garage or 1/1 separate guest house unless previously agreed upon in writing. The pool is NOT heated.

Other things to note:
We require a separate rental agreement, and we include (as part of the $200 flat rate cleaning fee) twice-per-month general housecleaning by our cleaning team: dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bath sanitizing & cleaning. This does not include laundry services. Pool technician will be onsite (outside only) once per week. Landscaper will be onsite (outside only) twice per month.

Note: The driveway is very long, winding through the 7 acre parcel. We do provide a golf cart for guest use to transport the trash bin to the street for weekly pickup on Thursdays. We do ask that the golf cart NOT be used for any other purpose. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive the golf cart for safety reasons.
