Welcome to the South West, near Toulouse (20/25 minutes) and on the edge of the department of Gers ... A corner where life is good, in a quiet village with sports facilities (city stadium, children's park 50 meters from the house and petanque) 2 kms from the village of Saint Lys and its shops (Leclerc, Intermarché (drive), Lidl ... market some days of the week, butchers, bakeries, pharmacies ...) Come enjoy the summer by the pool The house is quite spacious (170m2) and open to the outside, you will find everything you need to spend pleasant moments: swimming pool with sunbathing, summer kitchen, pool house with WC, barbecue, terrace with awning, large land (1600m2) with swing, children's hut, trampoline The interior is composed of a big kitchen opened on the living room (space of 60m2) with central island on which one can eat and table 8 people The house is well insulated and is good even in summer Sleeping vote: You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds 160cm wide (new bedding) One of the bedrooms is composed of a single bed 90 cm wide with a trundle bed (so 2 single beds) Another bedroom has a single bed 90 cm wide (possibility to add a mattress on the floor) Finally on the mezzanine is a high-end convertible sofa with a bed 140cm wide with a mattress bultex 14cm thick comfortable You will have access to the whole house except the garage which is private and closed The house is non smoking. Thank you to respect the number of travelers. The house is rented for up to eight people (to be discussed if there are children) No extra guests in the house or the pool. Thank you
