Historic Roswell! Totally charming 1 bed / 1 bath home EXTREMELY close to Canton St and Roswell Area Park. Well equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bath. Ample size bedroom and small office/reading room as well. Great deck space, tranquil backyard and completely fenced in. FULL size basement. Washer Dryer equipped if needed for longer stays.

This is not an attached unit. You get the entire house. Lovely front patio, rear deck and spacious, fenced in backyard are all open to you.

This is our second stay with Jason. It was a great visit and so convenient for our needs. Appointments to the home are really nice and really clean. We find this house cozy and welcoming. We will be back again soon!

Adorable cottage within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and a park with a beautiful walking trail. House was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. Deck and backyard added to the perfection. This was a great hub for us to visit friends in Alpharetta, Woodstock and Roswell. Jason was a communicative host as well. We will book again!

Home away from home during renovation

Great location nearby for us to stay during some reno work at primary residence. Walking distance was a bonus as was close to some of our favorite restaurants.

My husband and I always try to book this cute, well appointed bungalow when we come to Atlanta for work or to see family. Jason is so refreshing to work with throughout the booking, check in and check out and responds to texts almost immediately. The location is excellent to shops and dining and food delivery is prompt also. It is clear Jason is both proud and attentive to maintaining this rental home for the best experience for his guests.

We loved our time in Roswell at this charming property. Everything was exactly as listed. We walked all over from here...amazing restaurants, coffee, and shopping so close. We would most assuredley stay here again!

Idyllic setting, exceptionally clean and comforts were all thought out for us. Not far from Canton Street. We enjoyed the large back deck and private setting. We travelled with our dog who was in heaven in the fenced back yard. We will be back for another stay if available. Our host was available when any needs or questions arose.

Exceeded my expectations. Cozy, spotless, well appointed with excellent use of space. I am very picky with vacation rentals in terms of cleanliness and comfort, the Historic Roswell one bedroom charmer definitely checked all my boxes. Beautiful location with sidewalks for walking our dog. Close to Canton St shopping and restaurants. Jason was very responsive and excellent with communication. I honestly can't think of anything I would recommend for improvement. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great Location

This cottage is in a great location! Walkable to downtown Roswell (Canton St) and also close to anything else you may need (Publix, Target etc). Jason was an excellent host with great communication as well! Beautiful fenced backyard and deck. The only downside is the neighbors have all their AC units and pool equipment (as well as chickens) facing the house so it can be noisy).

Nice House and Yard

I really liked the house and my dog loved the backyard. Jason, one of the owners, was great at communicating and you could really see the professionalism in how everything was set up. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. They provide essentials to make the stay nice. My only issue was that the house was not as walkable as I thought it was, and there were a lot of notes asking you to be "respectful" which was a turn off for me, since I always try to do that.

Absolutely the most pleasant and nature enriched property to enjoy away from home! Atlanta’s finest, a city within a forest is represented here! I appreciated the huge fenced in backyard perfect for dogs. I also greatly appreciated the ability to park my car close to the front door for convenience. I could not have hoped for more. The adorable house is beautifully updated with modern decor and is decorated with a calming simplicity. The kitchen is spacious and so functional. Hard to find for sure. Great communication with spectacular hosts. I look forward to a future stay at this truly unique property. Thanks for everything:)
