The external lounge can get dirty if the weather is bad and we could have sent you someone to arrange this. Same thing for the bed linen, it is very easy to change them (some can get old with the cleaning) . For the pillows, some guests prefer hard ones so we propose different types of pillows and we also have spare soft pillows in each bedroom wardrobe so people can choose. . For the internet, we have a fiber optic internet connection and we never had any issue. Sometimes the wifi can get stuck and needs to be rebooted. We tested the internet after you and it worked very well so it was probably just a matter of resetting it just like the electrical breakers, these things unfortunately happen in a house.
