Great stay

The apartment is nice, clean, well furnished. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and Uber. There were lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets if you wanted to cook. The apartment stayed cool with good air conditioning and fans. The team made us feel at home by providing fruit, snacks and water at arrival, promptly responding to any queries, and offering suggestions. Our family vacation in Barcelona was a success in large part due to this comfortable apartment.

Wonderful apartment

My friend and I stayed here for two nights before we got on a cruise ship. It was a perfect stay. Lalie was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed and it is close to restaurants and shopping. If you are in Barcelona and need a place to stay, this is it!

Great location

From the beginning it was easy!! Easy communication, easy check in/check out!! Location was great for taxi pick up/drop off, train and metro access, grocery story, bars/restaurants, deli, breakfast and coffee. Quiet, safe location, great AC, and an elevator! I would highly recommend!

Exellent appartment

We stayed in that apartment for two weeks. Lalie met us and explained everything about the apartment and the area. This apartment is very close to the metro and train station. The apartment is very clean. If you had any questions, Lalie immediately answered and helped. I highly recommend this apartment.

Les points forts de cette appartement : sa localisation et son confort ! A 5 min de plusieurs stations de métro, face à un arrêt de bus (en direction des quartiers touristiques de Barcelone) et proche de plusieurs supermarchés, il est parfaitement situé ! Quant aux hôtes, ils sont très attentionnés et s’assureront du bon déroulement de votre séjour.

Everything you need for a great stay

This is a very nicely furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Barcelona. Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. There are 4 good grocery stores within 2 blocks. The metro is less than 5min walk. Jordi gives you lots of good information and is easy to communicate with. The meet and greet was perfect. This is an excellent place to stay in Barcelona

Jordi was very helpful in providing a lot of useful information for the surrounding area and things to do. The apartment was great. Super close to the metro which made getting around super easy. Would definitely stay here again... :)

Great visit

Jordi was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean, well stocked, close to the metro and local grocery store. Not in the center of town but an easy metro ride to local attractions. The gift of snacks was very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

L’appartement est à dix minutes à pied de la gare TGV dans le centre de Barcelone. C'est une copropriété ancienne rénovée. L'appartement est confortable bien équipé, très lumineux, et à proximité de plusieurs super marcher et de commerces de bouche. Les cartiers gothiques et de la Sagrada familia sont accessibles par le métro sans changements. Si on est bon marcheur l'accès à ces cartiers se faits par des rues agéables qui montrent l'architecture art nouveau de Barcelone.

Barcelona great place to stay.

We stayed at Jordi's apartment Berlin 89 from 20 October till 24 October, 2018 We found the apartment just the right size and utilized the two bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and there were two small markets across the street, which met our needs for food. This apartment is close to the Barcelona underground which transported us to most of the places we wanted to see, or private tour operators. Highlights were to many to discuss in this forum. Jordi's team arranged transportation for us to go the Barcelona Airport at 6 am on our day of check out. We found all of his team very helpful and would like very much to return in the future. This was certaninly a "5" star say. Thank you Jordi and his team.

Super séjour à Barcelone. Appartement très bien situé ; Stations de métro, bus et gare à proximité.Bel appartement au calme avec tout le confort et équipements qu'il faut voir plus...Les commerces (lidl, carrefour market ... ) + Centres commerciaux à quelques pas. Organisation et accueil de Jordi et Malvina : Parfait ! Très attentionnés, des personnes très charmantes. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune réserve ++++

We lived our stay. Jordi was very helpful with suggestions and directions. House was sufficiently stocked. Easy to get cabs and train station is nearby. The L3 green line Sants station is close enough if you are dragging suitcases. The main Sants station is a little further away and ge walk to the apartment is uphill. It is not far. So on a regular basis it is just fine but if you have luggage, get on the L3 line and get off at Sants.

Sehr gute Wohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betreuung durch Malvina war sehr gut. Sie hat uns auch viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Die Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz liegt günstig. Die nächste Ubahnstation liegt keine 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bis zur Rambla waren es nur wenige Stationen. Die Aussicht der Wohnung geht zum Hinterhof, was nicht ganz so schön ist. Allerdings hat es uns weniger gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

We absolutely love this apartment! It’s spacious for 4 adults to move freely & convenient location.

Jordi and Malvina are fantastic! The apartment is so clean and has everything we need for the stay. Close to Metro is a huge plus, since it’s in residential area so it’s quiet in the evening. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood also makes it easier if in need of certain supplies. The apartment is equipped with air conditioner which makes a big difference as it’s very hot in the summer. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and definitely will come back again!

Wonderful Stay

This apartment was centrally located to the Metro. Loved the fact that we had a personal greet upon arriving, to whom provided us with knowledge of the area, maps and general guidance to make our stay stress free. The apartment is well equipped and suited our needs perfectly.

I am the father of two beautiful girls aged 2 and 4 years. Married to a doctor who does not stop exercising even at home, where there are 3 babies to attend (she says). My favourite sports are mountain biking, skiing and sailing. I studied economics and my redemption is to teach that matter to dozens of college students each year. As an employee, I worked for family and multinational companies, created an airline and a platform of services (Alumni). I like to launch projects whatever the schedule or the magnitude of the challenge. Now I'm involved in helping start-ups (entrepreneurship) that will create wealth and jobs (I hope so!). Have travelled around Europe and the landscape that I liked most was that of Norway. It's a shame that the country is so expensive! When I stayed in USA I loved Chicago as a city and the Death Valley as a landscape. I like to be clear and direct in my relationships. I love careful people, and I like to care about the places I stay.

This house used to be the home of my wife during 2 years. Then she met me and I joined her at this place for 3 years more. After that we decided to have children and we decided to take advantage of the real state downpricing and we moved 3 blocks away.

Payment times are: - you can pay the 100% at the time of booking or to make tow payments, 50% at the time of booking and the rest 50% (plus the security deposit) 14 days before arrival. The refund will be of 50% if you pay 14 days before booking. After that date there will not be any refund.
