This is the best location in the city. Within 30 minutes walking distance to most major attractions and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The place is very clean when we arrived. The host is very responsive. We had a group of 7 people and were able to fit comfortably. The downsides are that extra supplies like extra toilet paper, extra towels and extra pillows have an extra fee. Our group wanted extra towels and pillows but it would've been an up-charge. We were allotted only one pillow and one towel per person. We needed extra toilet paper by the end of our stay and that would have been an up-charge as well. I think next time I travel in a big group, we will just get hotel rooms because everything would be included. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay in Bareclona.

The apartment was roomy and attractive and the location was super convenient— a few blocks from the metro, very near attractions and restaurants. The lock/security system was confusing (we were exhausted) but our host was very responsive.

It was hard to figure out getting in the appartment, There was never a mention of stairs that not everyone can climb- we ended up having no warm water and we contacted the host right as we entered the appartment, was told that they will send someone to check it out- also was very cold and the heat wasn’t turned on We had to leave on the second day and move to a hotel

Great location

Was a great stay and the location being just a few blocks from the sagrada familia was unbeatable for the price. There were a few things that were small that didn’t work like the lights in one of the bedrooms but other than that the stay was good and I’m sure they have fixed the lights by now. Great stay. Would stay again. Great communication and fast replies.

great property

We had a great stay at this property. There were 8 of us, and we were all comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected and the property manager was responsive and let us leave our bags at our condo while it was still being cleaned. Great location, easy to walk around and explore the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place!

No frills yet comfortable apartment in fantastic location. Walk or rent bikes to some of Barcelona’s premiere sites. Convenient coffee shop/bakery next door and great grocery store just up the street. Host responded quickly to assist with check-in and other issues as they arose.

Great Apartment with Funky Virtual Keys

Loved most everything about the apartment, but the virtual keys took some getting used to. Not very fun trying to get the learning curve down when it’s late with an infant.

Family challenges made comfortable by the property host

My family rented the property for a week long stay. We had a wonderful time during our week stay and intended on returning to the United States on Saturday, June 21 and checking out of the property. Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency the evening of June 20th and had to remain in Barcelona due to extenuating circumstances. Our host was wonderfully accessible late in the evening on June the 20th when I reached out from the emergency room, and was extremely accommodating in letting us extend our stay at the property during a true time of need. There is no doubt in my mind that when I return to Barcelona I will try to rent this property, or some other property, from this host. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

The apartment is in a perfect location, with supermarkets and the metro just a five-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it an ideal place to stay. However, the apartment itself was not fully equipped and needs significant updates. There were not enough towels and toilet paper provided for our group of eight, required us to purchase essentials like seasoning, shampoo ,toilet paper, and garbage bags. In the kitchen, most bowls and cups were dented and unsafe to use. The cabinets are outdated and make a loud noise when shut. The bathroom had noticeable issues, including mold on the door molding, cracked wall tiles, and a lack of ventilation, which required us to keep the window open at all times for fresh air. Additionally, both the bathroom doors could not be locked, which effected privacy. WIFI only works in the living room. Poor connection in the bedroom. Most importantly, the laundry machine dryer did not dry fully ,leaving clothes damp. We had to air-dry everything on the balcony, though thankfully, the sunshine throughout our trip helped with that."

Conclusion of a long weekend

The location and the apartment are very good. There are several large and small supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and the transport connections are excellent. An electronic lock system eliminates the need to worry about keys in times when everyone has a cell phone. The only thing that always needs to be taken into account is the battery level of the cell phone. Overall, it was a great long weekend with friends, in a very welcoming, well-equipped and well-maintained apartment. There are only two points that could be made, but this should not necessarily be taken as criticism! 1. Sleeping blankets: The double beds had (as is often the case) a single very large blanket. Here it would probably be more practical to consider 2 independent blankets (one for each person). 2. Noise pollution: Since the apartment is in a residential building, the noise level understandably plays a major role for the residents, which must be taken into account as a group. The apartment is designed for 7 people (which also corresponded to the number of our group), which unfortunately resulted in a level of noise later in the day when sitting together in the cozy living room that the roommates found annoying. As a group, you should always remember to keep all windows and doors in the apartment closed and to conduct conversations in a very dignified manner.

Great location but probably wouldn’t return or refer a friend

The property needs some updates and the pictures don’t represent the apartment..the walls are dirty, planks are missing from the floor and there is black mold in the bathrooms. The extra bath faucet head did not work and the curtains have holes and are ripped. You get one towel per person for the length of your stay and no hand towels outside of the kitchen. We had to purchase additional supplies for the apartment like toilet paper and paper towels. Make sure you read the amenities thoroughly as I missed that this apartment does nothave AC…. I missed it and the apartment was very warm even in early October. On the plus side, the location is fantastic and close to all the sites and there is a bakery just downstairs as well as a supermarket just around the corner. If this apartment was updated and appeared as nice as the photos suggest this would definitely be a place we would consider but knowing what we know now, I would not rebook or recommend for a friend. Full disclaimer .. I did provide this information directly to the property team and will admit we had a noise complaint the night prior to check out (we had all the windows opened due to no AC and were enjoying a few cocktails later in to the evening).

Appartement très bien situé proche Sagrada métro, commerces.Nous étions avec des personnes âgées qui n'avaient pas tous un téléphone portable et une connexion internet pour l'ouverture de la porte. Travelled with a family of 5 and the property was perfect for a visit to Barcelona. It is a very short walk to the Monumental Metro station and Sagrada Familia and a very convenient location to exploring the entire city. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well.
