Spacious and luxurious villa directly overlooking one of the most beautiful golf courses in Tenerife, with stunning views of the sea. Heated pool with a large south facing terrace. Air conditioned bedrooms.
Tenerife has a unique climate due to the trade with the year round sunshine and temperatures of 22 degrees in winter and 29 degrees in summer
The villa and its slightly elevated private grounds, offers arguably one of the most beautiful sea views of the island. Its terrace has a large table of ten seats, there plus 8 chairs to get sun or shade under a large palm all day.
The heated swimming pool solar heating is never deeper than 1m30 providing an ideal space for children and adults.
The terrace is also equipped with a barbecue.

The villa is typical of the island, very spacious with a large living room of 45m2, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and two bathrooms. There is a lounge area televison space and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher etc ..). It also includes a 6 seater table where breakfast can be taken.
Linen and towels are provided. Wifi is available.

We spent 13 days in this lovely villa. The villa had everything we wished for. Anthony the host was incredible and assisted us with a small issue we had. I will definitely will come back.

Lovely location

We all enjoyed looking at the planes overhead and walking down to the local restaurants in the evenings.Good property but the property listing did not state that one of the bathrooms was en-suite which made it trickier as we were two families.

Fantastic location and Villa

We’ve stayed in Golf Del Sur many times and this has been the best villa yet by far. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool is heated and perfect for cooling off. Bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. So good we’re planning to rebook!

A good villa in a great location

The villa was spacious and suited our party of five mountain bikers very well as there was room to store our bikes inside and the pool was very welcome after a ride. The outside area had plenty of space and we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool. There are bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Family holiday

This was a long awaited for family holiday of a lifetime. We had an amazing time and made our own fun, however the villa does need updating - urgently. Although we had everything that we needed, it wasn't clear that the location is directly underneath the "flight path" and the planes are quite loud, nor would we receive unwanted stray golf balls from golfers, which landed on sunbeds and pool. This Villa should not be rated as 4 star on your website.

Villa in Amarilla Golf from Feb 2 to March 2 2023

We stayed for 4 weeks in the villa. The area seemed very quiet at first but we soon learned that the shops, restaurants and bus stops were only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course to the sea. There was an issue with the pool mechanism, but we were impressed with the speedy efforts of the owner to rectify this from France. The villa could do with a little TLC, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back at some time in the future.

A very nice Villa, plenty of room, comfortable seating, very good Television, kitchen well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers etc, outside again sun beds & table & chairs all there, Pool heated by Solar panels that don't seem to be that good temp of water while we where there 18-20 degree's at best-so quite chilly but ok when you got used to it, we paid extra for cleaning & change of linen, quality of sheets & towels ok. there are a few steep steps at the entrance that could give someone with walking problems a problem, but a nice villa that we will be looking at for next year, thank you Anthony for your help

Great place and a great stay.

On arriving we were pleased with what we found. A great villa in a great location with great views. The villa contained all that you could want and likely more. We initially had plans to do lots of things but ended up not going far as being at the villa was perfect. Yes it’s near the airport but we all can honestly say the aircraft never caused any issues and being close was actually a bonus as no long travel time on arrival or heading back to airport. We hire cars when ever we visit Tenerife and I’d suggest one at this villa is worth it. That said the like super market very close by and walkable was perfect for most things and we did not notice a massive mark up on costs. A near by Aldi was our main shop but that did need the car. We have not visited Tenerife and this area for about 7 years and found it just as nice if not better in many ways. Lots of nice / cheap places to eat within 15-20 walk, some sea facing and some in a little complex over at Golf de Sur. Really nice vibe in the whole area. Especially around villa. It felt safe and was very relaxing and peaceful (even with odd plane). Never heard the neighbours at all. The only sounds on many s day was the odd ping of a golfer hitting his ball from the course behind the villa sometimes followed by ‘four’ but nothing to bother us. Having the course behind the villa was one of the many nice things about the stay. We do hope to return and I see no reason why we won’t be looking at another stay here if it was available.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at Anthony's villa,communication was spot on from booking to leaving for home. The villa has everything you need for a restful holiday, the security shutters gave us great piece of mind,our party consisted of four adults and two children,there was plenty of room for everyone ,nice pool sometimes it was like getting into a warm bath,aircon was very welcome as well.The villa is 10/15 minutes walk down the hill were you will find a bar(wildgeese irish bar)does good food and cheap drinks .If you go down the hill facing the pub,you will find more restaurants. The main square is called San Blas(12 euros return for 6 passengers),hire of a car is recommended although we ordered an home delivery from the Mercadona supermarket (you can do a pre order on their app before you go out and then get a next day delivery when you get to the villa).The villa is overlooking a golf course and has a great view of the sea.,the course nearest to the villa is a 9 hole pitch and put 20euros each for has long has you want great fun even if you are a golf novice. All in all we had a great time at the villa,we would definitely go back.

Maison avec jolie vue sur le golf et la mer

Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, faible profondeur, chauffée. La cuisine est bien équipée, 4 chambres indépendantes, 2 Sdb permettent un séjour très confortable pour une famille. L’entrée du golf est à 5mn à pied. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schon schön und auch die Inneneinrichtung und Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Das einzige, was ein bisschen nervt, ist das alle 5 Minuten gefühlt ein Flugzeug über den Kopf hinweg fliegt aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. ansonsten sehr schönes Haus, sehr schön Umgebung. Coole Location

Unsere Tage dort waren sehr schön. Die Örtlichkeit ist mit schönem Ausblick am Golfplatz geografisch gut gelegen, mit Ausblick ins Grüne, sowie aufs Meer. Das Gebäude ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern ist jedenfalls genug Platz. Der Pool ist beleuchtet und beheizt (Solarheizung) und echt warm nach einem sonnigen Tag, also auch Abends oder nach Sonnrnuntergang noch zum Baden schön. Leider wars bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Mag aber auch an der vorgezogenen Anreisezeit gelegen haben. Den Pool könnten wir jedenfalls selbst reinigen. Der Poolboy kam dann 3 Tage später. Ebenfalls den Grill, der total abgestanden hat. Rundum aber eine schöne Schlafgelegenheit, für Entdeckungswütige, die Tagsüber Teneriffa erkundigen und Abends noch warm Plantschen wollen. Ein Problem kann sein, daß das Objekt in der Landeeinflugschneise vom Flughafen liegt. Uns hats jetzt nicht wirklich gestört, da Nachts nicht geflogen wird. Aber jeder mit sensiblen Nerven sei darauf hingewiesen

Fantastic Villa

Me and my family had a fantastic holiday the Villa was amazing with a beautiful view and bars and places to eat near by. The owner was extremely helpful especially while we are going through the coronavirus, he has kept us up to date with everything we needed and made the transition easy

Reasonable value but in need of some attention...

The villa is spacious and clean with a good kitchen area and good air con in three of the bedrooms, but the fourth bedroom gets uncomfortably warm in hot weather. The outside has a pleasant outlook, but the pool is quite small and not very deep. The solar heating is not ideal, it’s cold when there’s no sun and gets too hot when the weather heats up. Also there’s no effective shade during the hottest part of the day. Compared to other rentals in the area it was reasonable value but does need some basic maintenance.

Casa estupenda

La casa está muy bien equipada, con ventiladores y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. En un lugar tranquilo, junto al campo de golf. A 5 min en coche de supermercados y zona de ocio. 100% recomendable, incluso si van niños.
