Spanning three spacious levels, this elegant three-storey villa encompasses a generous 300m2, graciously accommodating up to 10 guests across its 5 sumptuous bedrooms.

Ground Floor
As you step into the villas ground floor, youll be greeted by an inviting open plan area that sets the tone for relaxation and comfort. The living room features a charming fireplace, a 40 HDTV for entertainment, a plush corner sofa, and a Bluetooth speaker. Its seamless integration with the main veranda creates a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for soaking in the surrounding beauty. Adjacent to the living room, a stylish dining table invites you to enjoy homemade meals, while the fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. Moreover, a WC is also available on the ground floor, while an elevator offers easy accessibility to all levels of the villa.


First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, guests guests can find 3 of the bedrooms. More specifically:
- A bedroom with a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub. This indulgent suite also grants access to a private balcony, where one can bask in the serenity of the surroundings.
- The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable single beds, providing a cozy retreat for a good nights rest.
- Adjacent to the second bedroom, the third bedroom also features two single beds, with the flexibility to convert into a double bed upon request. Both bedrooms open up to a shared balcony that boasts mesmerizing views of the glistening sea and the picturesque area, creating an idyllic setting for cherished moments.For ultimate comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, closets and window screens.

Second Floor

Choose from our extensive movie library, featuring 1,500 DVDs and 100 Blu-ray disks and enjoy your favourite movie on the sofa and 55" smart UHDTV and 3D, 5.1 and let the home cinema sound system transport you to the heart of the action. For gaming enthusiasts, a Playstation 4 and board games are also available, including options suitable for children. Moreover, get your fitness on with gym area, equipped with a treadmill and multifunctional instrument.

- the 5th bedroom which boasts a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool.
