This house was our grandparents and has been restored using local craftsmen and turning it into a charming country house, ideal for your holiday on the sunny Algarve with family and friends.
The house has a spacious lounge and dining room with high wooden ceilings, corner fireplace and open kitchen.
Room with two lovely iron beds and country views and bedroom with double bed facing south with access to the terrace both with air conditioning.
The south facing terrace is ideal for sunbathing and barbecues, offering dining areas, jacuzzi and seating areas with sofas and beds where you can have a cool drink and relax.
The garden also has grass areas, fruit trees and plants of the region.
If the ideal of your holiday is to stay away from the confusion, but at the same time be close to the Algarve coast and all that it has to offer, this home is perfect for you.
This country house is just three kilometers from the center of Loulé and its famous market and a 15-minute drive from the beaches.
This home offers privacy and has a lot of ground in engaging with various fruit trees in the region, such as orange, lemon, carob, fig, almond, loquat, pomegranate, etc., in the summer you can delight to choose and pick almonds, figs or loquat trees ...
This beautiful cottage is only half an hour from Faro Airport and ten minutes from the coast and beaches. Despite its rustic charm, have all modern conveniences and fully equipped kitchen.
For those who enjoy a good barbecue and dine out on warm summer evenings, there are plenty of outdoor furniture and plenty of room to enjoy your meals outdoors. During the day, relax in the large garden, cool off in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the warm sunshine of the Algarve.
There is also a fireplace to keep you cozy during the winter evenings with firewood provided. If you love nature, you can wake up to the sweet sounds of sparrows and other species wandering through the garden and who like to nest in carob.
The house has plenty of room to park the cars and is ideal for small children who can play safely in the garden, we can also provide beds for children or a travel cot if needed. The house is all at the same level and therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility or visual problems. The windows and doors of the rooms have double glazing. The house has shutters on all windows to keep cool the interior, making it safe at night or when away from home.
We have Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, jacuzzi heating (if required) and private parking.
You can make beautiful walks and visit several places in Barrocal, where you can find good restaurants just a few kilometers away.
If you like more excitement take a leap to the Marina de Vilamoura or Quinta do Lago just 10 minutes by car and there you can find excellent restaurants, bars and luxury shops. Then take a stroll through the golden sandy beaches or take a boat trip along the magnificent Algarve coast.
In February you can find the cheerful and typical almond blossom and spring between April and May the beautiful flowers of the field, the Barrocal is one of the most productive ecosystems for flora and fauna in Europe you can find wild flowers in the mountains.
Loulé is the nearest town where you can stroll through the historic center and visit the local farmers market every Saturday.

The beaches of the Algarve are among the world's best, however, and if you like to swim in fresh water or enjoy a picnic in a beautiful location, the sources charming in Alte are only ten minutes away, with direct clean water from an underground spring .
