Super stay in lovely villa with rustic charm. Think an information pack would be useful to have map of area, housekeeping days, how to change gas bottles etc.... incredibly clean and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a highlight, getting sun for the majority of the day .

The stay at this property was overall good, especially if you have a dog. The pool was very nice and in general from the outside the house was cute. It has 3 bedrooms, what is good for a group or family. It is important to be aware that the beds are single beds that of course are not so comfortable for adults, but still okay. The owner was nice when we texted and answered in an acceptable time frame. Unfortunately there were some issues with mouldy smell in the wardrobes and in the some kitchen cabinets and also a mouldy plastic cup. Also the shower water in the master bedroom did not rinse good and so the bathroom kept being under water. The water kettle was not usable as it was not in a good condition. The flush button in the master bathroom was also broken. The cleaning lady and Veronica were very nice and tried to help.

Lovely villa in need of some TLC inside

Villa is in lovely location very quiet set In secluded sunny gardens with pool. Interior in need of updating, furniture is quite basic but serviceable. Had some issues but these were quickly resolved by local agent. Would have been helpful if there was a welcome pack with local information. Can recommend Rabbit restaurant on the nearby beach just a very short walk down the path opposite.

Slight Poetic Licence in Descriptions

The property is getting tired, Superficially clean but in dire need of deep clean. Gas Hot water heater ventilation is WRONG. Flue vents into the oven hood with no direct connection outside. No satellite TV channels, only 5 terrestrial Portuguese programs. Hot Tub?? Having been somewhat negative I would say that we did enjoy the villa however the description promised more than it could deliver.

Hi Roger The gas water heater ventilation and the oven ventilation comply with the requirements of the Portuguese and the European Union legislation and I never had any complaints. The reference, in the comment, to the non existence of chanels satellite tv in the house is not understandable as it is not icluded in the advertisement`s description. The other comments, partcularly those referring to cleaning, are of a subjective nature and therefore do not have a response. Although, on the contrary, I have received very favorable comments Anyway, I appreciate your comment and Iwill take it in the future. Best regards. Teresa Gil Best regards

Tranquilidade

Great vacation in great accommodation

Great, rustic house in a quiet and pleasant villa district. Great and short term contact with the landlady. Very close to three bays, great plot and great pool. Overall it was a great stay in Sesmarias.
