Spectacular perch for a stay in Stresa!

Absolutely a high point in our Northern Italian vacation for many reasons. The View is glorious. The well-designed balcony faces perfectly North and enables you to sit in shade at any time of day to enjoy the scenery, light and air. You can see all three Borromean Islands clearly. The apartment is spotlessly clean, fresh and well-appointed. The location is very walkable from the train station and downtown if you are fine with stairs. Giuliano does a beautiful job managing the property with incredible courtesy, skill and kindness. When we had a mini-emergency, Giuliano saved the day! He was readily available and very responsive. And did I mention The View? Look no further—this place is wonderful.

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub (die Schlafcouch im abgeteilten Wohnzimmer hat prima geklappt)…Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, bitte ggf Schuko-Adapter mitbringen, Italien hat halt meistens die schmalen Euro-Steckdosen!Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, und die Lage war perfekt - ruhig oberhalb der Stadt Stresa aber nicht zu weit abgelegen; es gibt einen steilen Weg runter in die schöne Stadt, der in 10 Minuten zu schaffen ist…Für E-Autos gibt eine Ladesäule Typ2 für alle Mieter, die nicht sonderlich schnell ist - da muss man sich ggf unter den Gästen absprechen… (aber es gibt auch schnellere Lademöglichkeiten direkt in Stresa)Der Verwalter vor Ort „Giuliano“ war freundlich, vor Ort gut erreichbar und konnte sehr gut englisch.Rundum sind wir sehr zufrieden und möchten gerne wiederkommen!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Die neu renovierte Wohnung ist sehr schön und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist einfach großartig. Zudem ist man in 5min zu Fuß im Zentrum von Stresa. Einfach alles perfekt. Kontakt zur Vermittlung war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Vor Ort hilft Giuliano bei allem was man braucht. Wirklich alles perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Tage in Stresa

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung inkl. Garage, Klimaanlage und einem grandiosem Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Borromäischen Inseln, ein Traum. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, konnten wir alles zu Fuß, mit dem Zug und dem Schiff erreichen, das war toll. Giuliano ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und spricht sogar auch perfekt english. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen!

Terrific vacation in Northern Italy

Have to walk up a small hill and then walk up 91 steps to the unit. Wonderful view from the terrace. Worth every step. Very glad we selected this location. Owner very accommodating and helpful.

All you would want and more

Perfect is how I would describe the apartment. We have been going to Stresa for a few years and have rented from Guiliano for the past 2. Everything is clean and comfortable and Guiliano was very responsive to our needs. The view is breathtaking! Having been to all the lakes in northern Italy, I still comeback to Lake Maggiore and Stresa again and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment, wonderful view

Loved the apartment. Everything was exactly as described except the view from the balcony, which was even better than the photos suggest. So many rental properties have view photos taken through a serious telephoto lens, it’s nice to find the opposite. Chantal and the owner, Giuliano, couldn’t have been more responsive & helpful.

We could not have been happier with the apartment.

Dear Chantal, We want to thank you for your assistance in helping us find accommodations in Stresa. We could not have been happier with the apartment. Recently refurbished and spotless, the property provided us with everything we needed for an amazing time. And that view from our balcony! Wow! Giuliano is a wonderful guy. Laid back, yet very concerned with our comfort and happiness, he was the perfect host. Please be sure to pass on our thanks and best wishes. We had our last meal in Stresa at Osteria degli Amici. The food was terrific! Thanks so much for suggesting it. We also had lunch at Mama Mia, Giuliano's favorite spot. We dined in the apartment on several occasions. We just loved shopping for fresh pasta, cheese, meat, and wine to use in the creation of our own Italian meals. Again, thank you for all you did to make our Italian adventure such an amazing experience. We would recommend you to our friends in a heartbeat! All the best, Chris
