HUGE southern and western views across Vanderbilt Lagoon all day from this totally renovated coastal home. High end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Arhaus and more. Relax in the back yard at the over-sized pool and spa or take a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Lots of activities for everyone including paddle boards, a tandem peddle kayak, basketball hoop, and corn-hole. Golf cart rentals, bike & e-bike rentals are available. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a reading nook with a sofa bed. The downstairs is set up as a pool cabana with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a full bar setup. There is also a wine fridge and large built-in gas grill out back. Vanderbilt Lagoon connects to the Gulf through Wiggins Pass. It's common to see dolphins playing in the back yard and you can definitely bring your fishing gear or rent some to fish off the dock. Super fast 1G fiber internet service with a Google mesh Wifi system.

Our stay could not have been more exceptional in Naples and this home and the owner were the main reason for this! The house is incredible and every little detail had been thought through before our arrival. Matt was very quick to respond prior to the trip about any inquiries we had and while on site they had a house manager who was available to help with the few small questions we had. We traveled with our baby and it was so nice to have an everyone on the same floor but also have the dedicated “adult” space downstairs. We were greeted upon arrival with a welcome basket which was a very nice touch. Overall, cannot say enough good things about our stay and would love the opportunity to come back and visit!

We had the most relaxing and peaceful time at 336 Oak. The house was amazing, the views were incredible and the location was perfect. Matt was excellent regarding communication and hospitality. We would love to come back!!!

Holiday Vacation

My family had an amazing trip to Naples. Matt’s home is beautiful and everything was clean and updated. Location is great. Matt was very responsive to any questions I had. The backyard is spectacular with the heated pool and hot tub. Having a kayak and paddle board was a big plus. Also having beach chairs and a cooler was great and the kids loved the basketball hoop, pool table, corn hole etc... Would definitely stay here again!

December vacation 2020

This was our first vrbo experience and it exceeded our expectations. The house was very comfortable, clean and had the perfect amenities for our family of 4. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking. We barbecued many nights and enjoyed eating outside under the lights. Matt keeps a very neat and well stocked home. Gorgeous, Spacious, comfortable home!!

We absolutely loved this home!! It’s even better than the photos. The home is updated, open and very spacious on the main level. All the bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The oversized balcony overlooking the gorgeous backyard set on the water makes for wonderful meals! The downstairs level is like another unit on its own! Another spacious comfortable bedroom, living area and a pool table! fun recreational activities for all!! Finally, the backyard... it is so great! The pool and the spa on the water are beautiful clean and heated! There is a great kayak as well which allowed us to see the canals. Amazing!! What a view this home has. It doesn’t get old!! The owner was extremely responsive before our trip, and especially during our stay. Anytime we had a question about anything he responded right away! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house with our family of 5. The location is great! We will 100% be back! Thank you Matt!!

Best Thanksgiving Ever

This was a great place for a family of 7 to get together (socially distanced of course). It was neat and very clean, and recently remodeled with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. The space is very livable. There are two large TV's to watch sports or movies. The space downstairs is very quiet for the newborn. It is a quick walk or bike ride to great restaurants and to the beaches. There is a very pretty view of the water from the balcony or the dock. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of a great day of kayaking, biking, and swimming. My whole family gave it the two-thumbs-up. We will be back!
