Be our guest at ‘Barefoot Bungalow!’ A well-appointed home loaded with thoughtful amenities. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch or step out to the back deck for a private dip in the new multi-jetted hot tub. “Barefoot Bungalow” is steps to the common green where the kids and dog can run and play, just a three minute stroll to the main beach entrance in the community and the mighty Pacific Ocean!

“Barefoot Bungalow” has an open floor plan, allowing for easy family gathering. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with everything your chef needs including Pfaltzgraff dishes, pots/pans/utensils and Java maker. Enjoy family meals at our large dining table or hang out in our family area for some R&R. Our large smart TV/with Roku allows for everyone to stream their favorite movies while the gas fireplace keeps those barefoot toes toasty. A master suite is located on the main floor with comfy king bed, an amazing bath with claw foot soaking tub and separate shower room for privacy. A half bath and washer and dryer complete this floor.

The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with two queen beds…offering the flexibility of a family suite or children’s bedroom. The second bedroom offers another king bed with soft tones for that peaceful home away from home comfort. There is also a shared bath with full shower and plenty of soft white towels.

When reserving Barefoot Bungalow and Carriage House you'll have a second master with queen bed and lots of privacy, the carriage house completes the cottage to accommodate 10; it’s also available to be rented in off-season for just two.

“Barefoot Bungalow” has you covered! Enjoy the use of our beach toys, and when the sun is setting, fire up the grill for burgers and s’mores.

During Spring Break, you must arrive on Friday (when available) or leave 3/nights open for another guest to stay. Summer Season you must back to another reservation or leave two nights open for another guest to reserve. For security purposes there is a Ring camera located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entryway. There are no cameras inside the home.

Memorial Day Stay

Everything was wonderful. Lots of space, clean and private. Kitchen had lots of pans and bowls, but limited appliances. We needed to make mashed potatoes and there was no masher or mixer. Love that there was a teapot and large mugs.

Family Time on the Coast

We loved our stay on the Oregon coast! The location is excellent and the beach spectacular. The kitchen served us well in creating family meals every evening and breakfast to start the day. We were a group of 9 with kids so it was a busy household! The bedrooms are large and the carriage house afforded more privacy for the grandma and grandpa. So much fun!

A great place to gather

This was an annual gathering of friends and former co-workers. We enjoyed the ability to cook a little, eat a lot, and spend time walking on the beach. There is no ocean view, which really is not a problem since we rarely sit and admire the view. The short walk to the beach access was perfect and the hot tub on the deck gave us a space to solve all of the issues we have ever wondered about. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Nice place, bad management.

I rented 3 houses for a big family reunion and this place was the smallest yet most stressful to deal with. Waivers, rules, check in process, etc was all a headache. The other house sent a text.. congrats, your house is ready early. Here's the code! Have a fun stay! This lady called me several times while traveling to find out when I was checking in. She reminded me several times about all the rules they had at this house. She made me day of travel 10 times harder with her calls. My sister in law rents a few of her houses and she finally told me to tell the manager of this place to leave me alone because I'm on vacation. Another house I rented was around the corner just a few houses down and we all swear the owner of this place drove by several times a day to check on us. It was not very relaxing to stay here.

Lovely place, LOTS of rules, a bit oversold...

It was a nice neighborhood and great access to the beach. The frustrating components was the VRBO listing did not have as much details as the restrictions from the property management group, which were extensive. Of note: 1) dog was not one time, but for each night 2) No mention about restrictions on electricity use, but after committing to the house, the company told us were not allowed to charge our car there. 3) After paying so much for our pet, the management company tells you that you are responsible to pick up/vacuum all dog hair in the house before leaving, or there will be an additional cleaning fee. 4) BBQ mentioned on VRBO, but management company then said that there was a $XXuse fee (this review was returned as it has fees mentioned in it), then she later clarified that it was a $XX cleaning fee and you must bring your own fuel. 5) "Chef's kitchen with extensive spice rack" had bare minimum items IMO, which included 9 total spices (that includes salt and pepper) and a cupcake pan and cookie sheet. Not even a handheld mixer.

Beautiful home in Bella Beach

Even prettier than the photos, Barefoot Bungalow is a beautiful home in Bella Beach, South of Lincoln city. The home was equipped with all of the dishes and items we needed. Our weekend vacation was very nice.

Perfect Location

Great location. Short walk to beach. 38 stairs down to the beach. House was perfect. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. Front porch is great as was the hot tub. We’ll supplied kitchen.

Beautiful place! We wanted a place that everyone would enjoy…Bella Beach was perfect for all of us! It was quite rainy…only suggestion-put grips on outside stairs. Otherwise, perfect !
