Great house with lots of fun amenities. A keypad deadbolt would be a nice addition but we really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Great place to stay in Lincoln City. Celebrated Mother’s Day and mom’s 80th birthday. House is spacious and comfortable.

Very family friendly

If you can withstand a lot of up and down stairs I definitely recommend with kids. Lots of games and amenities for them. The arcade games were a huge hit as well as game room and variety of board games.

Birthday beach weekend

Quiet & fun weekend for some of our teens birthdays in the family. Home was as advertised, cozy & comfortable. We were able to enjoy all the amenities, hot tub, games, & even a fierce game of ping pong. Would love bigger mattresses in the bunk room for longer teens but all in all, other options were available & we all had a great time! Loved watching the winter waves from the living room & hope to visit again soon.

Best weekend ever!!

Great time at this property. It was super clean, comfortable and cozy. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus and the hot tub was a great addition. One of the arcade games wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. Lots of games so we all stayed very entertained.

A WONDERFUL rental property!

6 adults & 2 kids, ages 5 & 10, stayed here 4 nights. I have rented dozens of properties over the the past 2+ decades & this one was as nice as any of the others. It was clean, well stocked, in a wonderful location, & with storage everywhere.

Happy New Year!

Wonderful home for our vacation with friends for NYE! Great view of the ocean from the top living area. Lots of space for everyone but lots of stairs for those that don’t like them. Only issue we had was a busted dishwasher that we were not aware of and had dirty wet dishes put away before we arrived. Other than that it was a pleasant weekend.

This was the least equipped places we ever stayed at on the Coast or anywhere. Hardly any bowls, few pots. AND the Dishwasher didn.t work.. When I called the management "team" They mentioned that they had posted a message on VRBO that the DW was down. We had been on the road, so obviously didn't get the message. Moreover they had our $, When I asked for an adjustment the response was no but we'll give you some paper plates..Ha! I wouldnt rent from this half-assed company again

Great space, view, and location

The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot of in order to maximize enjoyment of the terrific ocean view from the dining table. We comfortably slept 8 using the available beds and two folding sofas in the bottom floor. The ping pong and video games kept our kids entertained. We walked to the beach carrying a few of the toys we found in the garage. A few restaurants are within easy walking distance. My wife and I were lucky enough to have the master bedroom with en suite bath that opens off of the kitchen. I'd absolutely book here again to enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast.

Beautiful property

This was a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to many fun adventures in Lincoln City. Only complaint would be the very firm mattresses, but that just may be a personal preference. Also, there wasn’t any hand soap, so you may want to bring your own.

Birthday Celebration

I came to this incredible house to celebrate my birthday with my family and parents and we were all blown away with what an awesome place this is! So adorable, clean, updated and cozy! The kids loved the game room and bunk beds and ping pong table! Us adults did as well! Hot tub was clean and hot!! We had the most wonderful time making memories here..we will definitely be back again soon!

We loved the home. It was clean and had a great view of the beach from the 3rd floor.

Checking in was a breeze and all of my questions were answered with the exception of the request for additional washcloths as there was not one for each person. Which was a little problematic. But we bought some to get us by. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
