Location spettacolare, lungofiume, nel bel mezzo di uno dei più bei tratti di acqua bianca in California - piccole spiagge tranquille lungo il fiume. Molto vicino a Pinecrest e Dodge Ridge. Fragola con il South Fork del fiume Stanislaus che l'attraversa e la sua grande prato è un gioiello davvero idilliaco. Overlook è molto privato con il fiume di fronte e la foresta su due lati. Si è ben arredata ed è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2004. Tutte le comodità ancora cabina vivente. Con Overlook si ottiene tutto: bellezze naturali, acque bianche, privacy, comfort, ogni stagione dell'anno.

Beautiful cabin by the river, good fishing. Very clean and comfortable. Good communication from Dennis. The pictures don't do it justice, definitely a go back cabin.

We've stayed at this Overlook cabin several times and it is always perfect. Brought our entire family (3 teenagers, parents, grandparents, and uncle) and everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen was perfect for our group. The trails/roads right outside our doorstep were amazing. Will definitely try to book it again.

Wow! We are local so didn’t travel far but had a very peaceful beautiful time at Overlook. We walked to the Strawberry inn and walked along the river. The downstairs poker table was a hit with my family and 20/23 year olds. It was very quiet except for very beautiful rooster next door which we loved!

This trip was a return to Overlook for us and it was all that we remembered. Beautiful and quiet location. Spacious and comfortable cabin. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very nice spot. Comfortable rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was a little dark, and could use better lighting. Nice place to use as basecamp for exploring HiWay 108 corridor.

The cabin was very clean and perfect for our group. The kids loved the downstairs room with the ping pong table, while the adults enjoyed hanging out on the upstairs deck. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the deck was beautiful, and hearing the river below made the stay even more relaxing. There was plenty of parking, and the cabin had a cozy feel that made us feel right at home. Dennis was quick to respond whenever we had a question, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Dennis' cabin is amazing! Super clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The kids had a great time playing pool and walking down to the river. We'd definitely stay again.

Big and beautiful

We love this house and its location near Pinecrest lake. It’s large living and kitchen area are very nice. Well kept up and nicely situated among sugar pine and cedar trees overlooking the river.

Wonderful Stay

Our family enjoyed another peaceful and relaxing stay at this great property! Dennis is a terrific host and the cabin was perfect for our get-away to the mountains. The river was so high this year! We loved seeing and hearing the rush of water while sitting on the deck. Wonderful long weekend!

Always Enjoyable

We love staying at Overlook. This is the second year we have visited, to this the Overlook, and plan to continue more years in the future. The family loves the access to the river, the quaintness of the cabin and the familiarity of the location. Thanks you Dennis for another fantasitic visit to Strawberry this year.

The house was very nice. I do believe the beds need to be updated. Other than that it was very nice.

The downstairs couch mattress is less than a year old. We are replacing the Where is it?loft double bed mattress this week. The other two queens may need replacing but one may seem a little particular if you aren’t used to it as it is foam core.
