Completely renovated in 2018, this 30m2 accommodation is made up of: -A living room / living room equipped with a 160x190 cm sofa bed of very good quality, TV, WIFI access -A fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle -A loggia converted into a living room with sea view -A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a towel radiator, WC, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. -A large dressing room with hangers
An underground parking space and two bikes are available on request. The parking space will be a real asset, especially in summer when spaces are scarce in this sector.
Other remarks Weekly rental only (entry on Saturday) for the months of July and August. Disposable draw sheets, sheets and towels are available. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning the oven and dishes. Non-smoking apartment.

Opening of the Halles and the Pornichet Market: The halls are open every morning from mid-June to mid-September and from Tuesday to Sunday outside this period. The market is open all year on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. You can find seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and cold meats from France but also breads and cakes, flowers and local products.
TRAIN: Pornichet train station is located 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Station served by TER Pays de la Loire trains and TGV from Paris Montparnasse. Paris at 3h15min Nantes at 50 min Le Croisic 20 minutes away

Très bel appartement avec superbe vue ! Il ne manque rien: la petite cuisine (deux machines à café, lave-vaisselle, le four et etc), belle salle de bain, le balcon, le canapé-lit est grand et confortable.
Logement clair avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et une lumière traversante chaque jour. De plus il est situé à un jet de pierres des commerçants et de la plage.
We really enjoyed Melissa's studio flat in a busy but lovely setting on the Loire-Atlantic coast. To be honest, we were a bit hesitant about taking on a studio - but the sofa bed was by far the biggest and most comfortable we've ever experienced! Melissa herself was very helpful and friendly, and was there to meet us when we arrived. It was great to have use of her two bikes, so we were able to explore the coast much more easily. We were able to walk to the flat from the train station, as we'd decided to travel light - with just one small suitcase each. The location of the flat was ideal - right on the sea front between two big beaches, and shops, restaurants and the local market all very nearby. A wonderful view across the back. It was touristy, but nearly all French - no night clubs, so everything went very quiet at night! As perfect a holiday as you could ever wish for!
The flat is really comfy and the location great. You look at the habor and at the sea. The weekly market is 200m away as well as the market halls... the fish, fruits and vegies were amazing.
The flat is the best equiped holiday flat i've been to. You can cook, there is enough cutlery, the dishwasher works great, there are two different coffeemaschines.....
The bathroom quite big with a washing maschine and dryer (2in 1), there is enough space to get ready. The huge wandrobe in the hall can easily hold all your belongings.
The sofa is really comfy.
And the Highlight of course the terrace. You can sit there Drink wine and enjoy the View.
