It comprises: a living/dining room with a TV; an open-plan kitchen (DISHWASHER, ceramic hob, FRIGERATOR/FREEZER, MICROWAVE, oven); one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed; one bedroom with two single beds; a shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine; a WC; and upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed. The enclosed garden features a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. FOR A WONDERFUL AND RELAXING FAMILY HOLIDAY! Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
