Parfait! Petit appartement hyper fonctionnel et confortable, bien insonorisé, avec une super terrasse vue mer (par-dessus le balcon). Au pied des petits commerces estivaux mais pourtant très calme.

Une semaine très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, temps superbe, vue superbe. Appartement très bien agencé, tout y est. Seul inconvénient, le bruit de la hotte du restaurant qui se situe juste en dessous de l appartement.

De très bonnes vacances en famille.

Apparemment idéalement situé, avec la plage au pied de la résidence ! (plage plutôt familiale). La personne qui nous a remis les clés était très sympa et disponible. Les petits commerces à côté permettent de faire les petites courses du quotidien sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Parfait pour une semaine en famille à la mer !

Le propriétaire et la personne qui faisait l'entrée et la sortie des lieux étaient très attentionnés. Le propriétaire prend grand soin de cet appartement de 3 pièces très fonctionnel, disposant d'un emplacement idéal au bord d'une plage magnifique très peu construite. Une information à avoir : il faut avoir une voiture pour pouvoir faire ses courses, le petit bourg du Rocher ne disposant que de commerces d'appoint.

Un très agréable séjour en bord de mer

Appartement très agréable, bien exposé et bien équipé. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter de la vue sur mer et du soleil. Plage et commerces à pieds, c'est bien pratique. En résumé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement l'appartement.

Excellente configuration et emplacement

L'appartement est bien configuré est très fonctionnel avec une belle terasse qui donne sur la plage! Nous y avons passé 2 semaines à 5 avec un bon confort. L'environnent est familiale mais vivant ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à cette location.

Bel appartment, bien equippé et surtout bien situé

Nous y avons passé quinze jours de vacances en juillet / aout. L'appartement est tres bien equippé (avec emplacement parking!). Il est egalement tres agreable et relativement spacieux pour 4 personnes (heureusement parce que la meteo ne jouait pas en notre faveur). Il est oriente vers la rue, ce qui protège le balcon du vent, et cela n'empeche pas une belle vue sur la mer par dessus le balcon. Le service ménage est tres appreciable. Le relais par la boutique pour retirer et deposer les cles a tres bien fonctionné. Merci pour ce bon sejour.
