This rental was everything they advertised plus more. The yard is an oasis and the pool was clean and warm. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay with a wonderful host! Luisa answered questions we had about the area and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We were able to use the beautiful pool and relax on the comfortable furniture around the property. The roses in the garden were gorgeous! What a lovely place to stay for three days before venturing to Lake Tahoe to vacation with family.

I’ve stayed at many rentals in my travels and this property, along with the hosts, is the best experience I’ve had. Beautiful grounds, modern amenities, exceptionally clean, professional and friendly host with great communication!! I would gladly stay again and highly recommend!!

A hidden oasis in a very quiet neighborhood.

Spectacular outdoor area was relaxing and beautiful. We ate evening meals/snacks outside while enjoying the gardens. The details and design of both the inside and outside spaces of the bungalow were well appointed. The location was easy to access and quick to get to from anywhere in town. We didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Reno.

I loved this space so much and Luisa is the best host ever I enjoyed all the design details and the help and knowledge about the community in Reno. I can actually call Luisa my first friend in Reno🎊

Amazing owners!

Due to extreme weather conditions Reno was inaccessible and I had to cancel my stay. But I am writing this as a compliment to the owners who could not have been more gracious and communicative both with myself and VRBO to facilitate. I will definitely rebook once the Reno airport reopens! Luisa has a lot of integrity and kindness and I cannot imagine another host handling this as gracefully.

After breaking our house rules and never responding to me or to Vrbo, after leaving freshly cut hair all over the place and requesting an extra night that has not been paid for you have the audacity to say the property was horrible. We have 5 starts from all our guests. It figures why you only have one star after experiencing your visit. You were a horrible guest. Pay your extra extra night!!

terrible experience

I have a dog, he is a service dog, anyone who has an animal with that kind of help will understand me. Locals are obliged by law to house these animals, as soon as I arrived at the accommodation, the owner saw my dog on camera and said that he could not enter at property so I explained that he is a service animal. But she didn't care, and she didn't want to accommodate him. So I took my dog to a pet friendly hotel where he would stay for the entire stay. I told the owner that he wasn't with me and even so, she canceled the reservation. My dog did not enter the house. The owner of this establishment certainly does not know how to deal with people, as well as the house is located at the back of another house. I do not recommend.

I had to rebook this guest 4 times in the last 2 months. I did everything I could to accommodate her including loosing a booking because of her. She’s new to the platform and didn’t read anything I sent her regarding house rules. Had she mentioned she had a dog I would have told her that I have severe allergies and can’t breathe. And I wouldn’t have accepted the booking. From the moment the guest stepped foot on the property she was breaking house rules. Vaping and bringing a pet. Both of which are clearly stated that are not allowed. She never once mentioned she had a service dog nor registered it on this site like you are supposed to. She called it a companion dog when I told her it wasn’t allowed. TO MY SHOCK SHE SAID SHE’D LEAVE IT IN THE CAR !!!! It was bellow freezing and temperature dropping quickly. It was quiet obviously it wasn’t a companion or a service dog. After lying to me and breaking rules I didn’t feel comfortable nor could I trust her as a guest.

Over the top in every way! The listing is all that is stated and more. A private oasis! The host is a delightful woman who greets you upon arrival, makes certain you are familiar with all aspects of the cottage. You are then afforded complete privacy. I watched sunrises in the morning overlooking the pool and sunsets over the back gardens in the evening. The French door opened over the rose garden and the beautiful arbor. We were in such privacy that my husband and I swam naked and jacuzzied the same. The host is a beautiful woman with whom we shared conversations. What a wonderful life she has had. Leaving was quite difficult. We will most definitely return. This cottage is magical! Thank you L for all that you are and for sharing this cottage. See you again.

Best Ever Reno Visit.

My fiancé and I had the best time in Reno and it was mainly because of the cottage we stayed at. The property is amazing, peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. From checking in to leaving was one of the most easiest experiences. Didn’t want to leave. The cottage is so lovely! Felt at home and even had a wonderful home cooked dinner with the use of the barbeque. Will definitely come back again!!

Secluded without being secluded

The property is very private but yet in a nice residential neighborhood. The gardens were nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. It is a very short trip to casinos or downtown and convenient to get in the highway to go to Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again if in Reno

A Little Slice of Heaven on Earth

This property is exactly as described in the title. It’s such a cute little cottage on beautiful grounds. Luisa and Buddy we excellent hosts with prompt and great communication. Cute cottage with hidden garden oasis with a pool

My title says it all. It was great for small family of 3. The pool was the reason we stayed there and we thoroughly enjoyed it during the excessive heat. Owners quick to respond to messages.
