beautiful dwelling: it is like a balcony overlooking the sea, in a
privileged position, nestled on the rocks of the marina of Novaglie.

Sinuous shapes for Villa Scarnera, which is reached through the tree-lined driveway. From its spacious multi-level outdoor spaces, there are exceptional views of the Guardiola sea. The shady patio
next to the villa is equipped with excellent quality garden furniture,
table and chairs for dining, and sofas and armchairs for relaxing.
Everything is lovely and allows for cheerful moments of conviviality. Several in the garden solarium corners equipped with deck chairs. A beautiful wooden rocking chair allows you to be lulled by the sea breeze in front.
All around the villa, on the mezzanine floor, runs a largeveranda furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and everything you need to spend pleasant moments outdoors, enjoying the beautiful postcard view.
Two
exterior staircases frame the facade of the villa, accompanying to the
back where a brick canopy provides shelter during the hottest hours of
the day. Here there is a cool patio furnished and equipped with a barbecue for preparing grilled meats and the freshest fish from local fishermen.

Villa Scarnera is spread over two autonomous and independent floors.
On
the upper floor the entrance opens onto the living room with living
room and kitchen, furnished with clear and simple, tasteful furniture.
On this floor there is a part of the sleeping area consisting of 1 twin bedroom overlooking the garden and 1 double bedroom overlooking the sea, served by a shower room. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The lower floor is divided into two areas. The first is 1 double room with
independent access and en suite shower room. The second, on the other
hand, consists of a small living room with kitchenette, 1 twin bedroom , and en suite shower room. The two annexes are also air-conditioned.

Villa
Scarnera is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline
in Puglia, on the Basso Salento coastline that runs from Castro to
Leuca, in La Guardiola, marina di Novaglie. Just a few minutes' walk
from the villa is a cliffside bar among the most popular on the Adriatic side, with fabulous views, where you can sip cool drinks.
The villa is located in the middle of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park, so it`s certainly nature that strikes the most, with beautiful cliffs, ancient lookout towers, and the beaten and historic Vie del Sale.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the renowned resorts of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Tricase and its marinas Tricase Porto and Marina Serra.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
