Weekly rental mandatory between July 6th and August 31st 2019

Review Rue de Normandie

Property is convenient for Trouville especially with on street parking. The cottage was very well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable. My only criticism was the toilet which was up four steep steps, very narrow with very restricted head height.

Si vous voulez résider dans cette petite maison de Trouville il vous faut savoir : 1) Si les machines tombent en panne ( ce qui nous est arrivé) c’est parce que vous ne savez pas les faire fonctionner malgré l’intervention du personnel de la conciergerie. Vous n’aurez donc pas droit à un dépannage. 2) si l’alarme incendie se met en route la nuit en vous réveillant en sursaut, ce ne sera pas parce que les piles sont usées parce cela ne s’est jamais passé !! 3) surtout ne critiquez pas l’étroitesse de l’escalier car il est écrit dans la description qu’il est effectivement comme cela. Il n’empêche qu’il est dangereux ! 4) idem pour les toilettes qui sont perchées en haut de l’escalier et qui sont des toilettes pour les petits en taille car au dessus d’1,60 m vous ne pourrez pas satisfaire à vos exonérations debout messieurs !! 5) Enfin sachez qu’il vous faudra dire la perfection de cette petite maison qui est parfaitement rentabilisée par les propriétaires et que le prix payé ne supporte ,comme tous les autres données de cette location, aucune critique !! Mais Trouville est une ville charmante ! Heureusement !!

Location idéale pour une petite famille proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons pu découvrir Deauville et Trouville sans devoir prendre la voiture ! Location très propre et très bien équipée. Magnifique séjour !
