Diese luxuriöse Strandwohnung befindet sich im brandneuen Resort Shores of Panama. Es ist das ultimative Urlaubsziel mit seinen erstklassigen, millionenschweren Annehmlichkeiten: Lagunen-Pools mit Wasserfällen, Springbrunnen, Tiki-Bars, exotischer tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung, beheiztem Innenpool, Spa, Sauna, Fitnesscenter usw. Meine 9-Fuß-Deckeneinheit ist professionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ich habe die Bilder vor kurzem gemacht. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem HD-Plasma-TV, HBO, Cinemax usw. ausgestattet. Highspeed-WLAN ist in der gesamten Wohnung, in der Lobby und im Poolbereich kostenlos verfügbar. Die Küche bietet volles Geschirr für 8 Personen. Die Master-Suite ist wunderschön mit einem Kingsize-Bett, HD-TV, DVD und einem luxuriösen Bad. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen HD-Plasma-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Das 3. Zimmer verfügt über 1 Etagenbett Twin Size mit Vollbad. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. The condo was was really nice although the door did not lock the wood on the front door was was busted the sliding glass door did not lock, but everything was clean. I did purchase a mop and left it with the condo. There was sand on the floors when we got there so I purchased them mop the floors I’m mop the floors wash the bedding and left it washed all the towels I left trash bags and dishwashing liquid there also overall the stay was great would rent again.

Great clean updated room!

Location is very busy, especially around spring break & the weekends. No luggage toppers, the parking garage is very short. I believe 6’2.Beach is very busy, with 8,9,12,15,16 year olds i was ok but with littles that you have to constantly watch it may be a little too busy of an area. Teens loved it though.

Horrible place

First day we came in the place it was not clean at all. Mold was in the washing machine holes in the wall and no fire alarms. The host kept saying he will fix it but did not. We left the first day and he said he will return the money. But after a week he would not respond blocked my number and tried to keep the money. I had to deal with vrbo to get my money back and due to safety and health regulation i got my money back. Horrible parking as well and the entire resort was not kept up at all. Not sure how they even got any good ratings.

Fun on the beach

It was a wonderful vacation spot! It is close to so much stuff! I wish the construction was finished. The construction was a little difficult to maneuver around. The resort management was unhelpful, but property contact was informative. Overall we had a great time!

Spring Break 2025

Do not arrive on Saturday!!!! The place was crazy. Cars and people (that weren’t staying at resort) were everywhere on the streets. Cops do a nice job of keeping order in Panama City Beach but wow it was nuts!!!! Hard to figure out where to check in at first and roads were blocked off everywhere. Every other day was good, condo was good, good view, parking was okay resort was nice, no issues with having to wait long for elevator. We had double red flags almost whole time there so that was a bummer but kids enjoyed the hot tub! Sunset views are amazing!!! Could have used a few more pans to use for breakfast but we made do. After 1st day we enjoyed the visit and condo.

The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful views from the balcony. Loved how the resort only allowed the people staying there. Great location. Only complaint is the condo wasn’t cleaned like we expected. But I spoke with the property manager about the situation. We would stay again!

The grounds are beautiful. Didn't like how resort was built like a horseshoe. Reminded me of a huge housing project. All the staff were very friendly. The elevators are terrible especially when almost every condo is occupied. Very very slow, or the door would open and it was full to capacity so you'd have to wait for another. Whoever designed the resort did not put in enough elevators. All in all a nice place

It wasn’t what I Expect it because the icemaker to the refrigerator does not work so we had no ice for no drinks the sheets had spots on them and I sent the pictures of the spots to the manager and they did not bring any new sheets ..poor customer service.everything else was beautiful!!!

Not what we thought

When we first got there (later Friday night) we arrived to no hot water, condo not cleaned and no way to get in touch with anyone until the next morning. The parking is bad. The elevators take forever and the staff is not very helpful. I contacted the owner several times and got a return call stating that it was not acceptable for it to not be clean or have hot water so he would send someone right away. They came and cleaned and got the water working but was told we would get additional refunds considering we were not given what we paid for. I did not like the bathroom situation. The only bathrooms are located in each room so if you need to use the bathroom or shower you have to go through guest rooms in order to use them. I was very dissatisfied with our stay and will not be staying there again.

Luxury Beach Condo ---NOT

This was a family vacation not a FRAT PARTY. Check your dates and make sure it is not Atlanta's Spring Break. The marijuana was so rampant that our whole unit smelled like pot everyday and security did nothing. The kids were partying and slamming doors until 3 am. The pool was dirty, hot tub was full of small kids and not clean, elevator did not have carpet plus took forever to arrive. The average time wait for elevator was 20 mins. The lobby restrooms were filthy. If you book with an owner there are NO amenities with the condo. The indoor pool was never cleaned the entire week we stayed. The unit itself was advertised as a 3 bedroom 3 bath. It was but every bathroom was in a bedroom, which was very inconvenient because we had 2 people on the pull out. The unit was not as clean as I would have wanted or the outside the condo but the owner did make it right by refunding us the cleaning deposit.

Do not recommend this property

Let me start by saying I have used Vrbo over 30 times and have never felt the need to write a review. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. First off when we entered the condo it smelled terrible. It smelled almost as though someone was smoking in it before we got there. The kids were so grossed out. Great way to start your vacation! Then my girls went into the guest bedroom and were so disgusted by the sheets in that room that I immediately had to wash the sheets. Next we go check out the balcony and the door was so messed up and heavy that only my husband could physically open and shut the door, and even then I thought he might throw his back out each time we went out onto the balcony! Next remotes and batteries were missing on the televisions. I never could get the master bedroom tv to work because I could never could find a remote to that one. Next the dishwasher was broken. It didn’t have a latch for the soap dispenser so nothing would get clean. So I spent most of the vacation doing dishes and laundry. The room literally had 4 towels in it. No wash clothes and not one bath mat. It was another safety hazard to not have bath mats! I told the owner about all these problems and got nothing resolved. I do think someone came into our room when we weren’t there but didn’t even leave a single bath mat which was the main thing I wanted so no one fell on this property!! Instead I was basically left with no issues resolved and feeling like my privacy was violated. Also the pull out was the worst! It was pretty much not useable! Last but not least when looking for the remote I found a size 7x men’s shirt behind the couch which really really makes you question the cleanliness of this condo. I mean I was already so disappointed that by this point nothing surprised me!!!

DIRTY in DISREPAIR

Condo was DIRTY on arrival. Sand on floors, trash, dirty q-tip, etc under beds, mirrors, counters, appliances dirty. Called, response was quick and cleaning person was very nice but admitted she had not cleaned under beds in over a month. Better but still dirty after she left. USED VASELINE CONTAINER under the master bed and sand in bunk beds after second cleaning. Washer has mold. Small holes in walls, large area of patchwork in bathroom unpainted. Wood support piece missing from dining chair. Screws on floor from bar chair, extremely wobbly, a definite SAFETY ISSUE. Would have fallen had one of my children sat on it. Coffee table coming apart. Cleaning lady tightened screws so it wouldn't collapse. Just general disrepair. Could have used extra towels, no toaster. Elevators extremely slow. 5 full elevators before we could get on on weekend on the off season. That would have been okay if not for the condition of the condo. Beach extremely crowded. But better if you walk 2 or 3 smaller resorts down past Pineapple Willie's. It is ocean front but at an angle facing the pool. This is fine, but if you like to hear the Ocean know that it is drowned out by the sound of the pool (even at night when it is closed). Photos make it appear that there are large windows in the bedrooms. We thought initially those were ocean front, but they are not. On the positive, beds were comfortable in main bedrooms (bunk bed mattresses worn, need replaced) and the beach/water was beautiful. Pool was nice but crowded (difficult to find chairs). Complex itself needs some maintenance. I contacted owner about the condition of the condo SEVERAL time before leaving this review with ZERO response. It's obvious that after he had our money he didn't care. Very disappointed. We take a Gulf beach vacations yearly and this was the worst place we have stayed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are other places that are cleaner in better condition for the money.

Not bad but not great

Sand was everywhere on the floor as soon as we walked in. Couldn’t walk anywhere barefoot without having sand all over your feet. Multiple workers came in throughout our stay. Lowe’s tried to install a dryer during our stay and got mad when I didn’t have the answers for them. They also tried to get me to sign a paper for their delivery and barely spoke any English so that barrier was hard for both us and the Lowe’s employees. The bedroom closet was full of storage and couldn’t have room to hangup my clothes. The listing said “3 bedrooms” and had 2 full bed rooms and a bunkbedroom that a kid could barely fit in let alone an average adult. We had to sleep on the pull out bed from the couch the entire time. The dishes were pretty dirty, had to wash them every time before using. The lack of food tools (pan, pizza cutter) was aggravating. The beach chairs in the listing weren’t your typical chairs. They were more balcony based chairs. I felt as if I had to have my guard up constantly because of the multiple people coming in and out during our stay. Beware of pineapple Willie’s. 2 nights during our 7 day stay, there were shootings and police had to shut down the beach.Beware of also the elevators. Make time for them because they take a LONG time. We waited 15-20 mins multiple times for an elevator. All in all, I would rate this place 3/5 stars on a good day. I understand things happen, but there were just too many things for us to ignore.
