Charmant et confortable condo de studio d'une pièce de 300 pieds carrés. Situé sur l'extrémité tranquille de l'île. Belle plage avec des levers et couchers de soleil incroyables. Moins de 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage. Profitez de votre séjour ici avec une chambre pour 3 adultes. A 1 lit double et un futon pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire.

Les équipements supplémentaires sont la télévision 40 ", kitchenette avec micro-ondes, grille-pain four, cafetière et vaisselle. Nager dans la piscine disponible pour les invités. Serviettes et draps inclus dans votre séjour. Parking disponible.

Great Getaway

Check in was very easy with detailed instructions. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size refrigerator & sink. There were lots of additional amenities: salt/pepper, paper towels/ napkins, dish liquid, etc.

This property is on a quiet street just 2 blocks from the beach. The property manager Brad is always available and quick to respond.

Amazing little place!

This room was more than we expected! Upon walking in the room was nice and chilled in this hot heat. There were tons of dishes and accessories to cook with in case we wanted to make a meal. There is a microwave, a hot plate, a waffle maker and a toaster oven! The fridge was ice cold and had ice trays. There were plenty of sheets towels blankets and pillows. There was also great water pressure which is important! We didn’t have any problems and definitely will be back! And Brad is wonderful at communication

Just perfect

Small yet quaint. Exactly what we were looking for. Excellent location to beach access, restaurants and shops. No hustle and bustle. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and to take in the simplicity of life then look no further. Brad is a pleasure. Was ready and available anytime I needed to ask a question, had a concern or just making sure I had everything. Thank you so much for opening your little peace of heaven to us. Much appreciated.

Pelican Roost stay

I didn’t have high expectations for our time at PR and Brad S. was initially very polite in email exchanges as any property manager would be. I have never written an on-line review of a business or person and I really try hard to be as polite and kind as possible. Brad S. charged me $200 for losing his pool bracelets that we never saw in our room. Major rip off…do not stay at this place…not worth it.

This is the first time in 5 years I ever had to charge anyone. Yes I did charge you 200$ and i should've charged you 300 because thats what it ended up costing me. You was smoking in the room and everything had to be throughly cleaned and when the last guest sent a picture at check out that shows 2 pool bands on the counter and the cleaning lady even noted that they were missing. I had a feeling when there was a complaint about you smoking on the balcony 1 hour after you arrived there was going to be a problem.

Location is perfect!!! The entire property was super cute, clean, and well maintained!!

Loved this place!The communication from the host,Brad,was incredible from start to finish!The accommodations were exactly as described,but even better in person. The entire property seemed well maintained, clean, and inviting.The courtyard and pool are located in a fenced area that could only be accessed by guests or owners through a coded gate.It was well lit, secure and easy to navigate.I felt very safe throughout the entire property. Inside this unit everything was very clean.There were several different cleaning supplies, including a broom and dust pan, all provided by the host. The bed was soft, and really comfortable, and the pull out sofa/futon wasn't too bad either. All linens appeared to be clean and freshly laundered. (My Personal preference is to use my own linens brought from home, so I didn't inspect each piece of bedding with a microscope, but I was extremely pleased with everything I saw regarding the cleanliness) All appliances,(microwave, toaster oven, and fridge) that were in this unit, worked properly. The basic things needed for handling food prep in a small kitchenette were provided, there were limited dishes and utensils. Paper goods, like TP and paper towels were provided, as well as some paper plates that were still in the plastic packaging. The AC worked great and kept the area very cool. It was easy to adjust the temperature or fan speed with the AC remote control. The TV was nice and the wifi worked great. Surprisingly, there were a a few different seating options besides,the futon and bed. There were a couple of barstools that could be used at the counter under the tv as well as 2 smaller ottoman style cubes that could be used as a coffee table/ bedside table, or as a seat and they were lightweight so they could be easily moved. The decorations were cute and beach themed throughout. The unit is small, but still felt cozy. The room was a perfect size for 2 people. My teenage daughter and I had plenty of room for the two of us and never felt cramped.This unit is located on the top floor of a 2 level building. Parking was convenient to the room, and the stairs. I do wish that some seating was available to sit outside but understand the possible hazards during bad weather that could arise. The public beach access 2 blocks away was immaculate. Well maintained wooden walkway, gazebo, and a small play area with swings.Also,very clean public restrooms, and outdoor showers. I highly recommend this host and place!!!

We had a very nice vacation!

The property is ideal for two adults. We also liked that it was a short walk to the beach. The area was quiet (this was late August). If we had questions Brad got back with us immediately and was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything and More!

This is the perfect rental for a perfect beach experience. Very clean and all the amenities you need. Short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. Brad is a super host, nothing on auto pilot, he handles it all and is super quick to respond even for the small stuff. We will be returning often when a beach getaway is needed! Thanks Brad
