This 1005 sq ft. end unit condo is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the ocean and pool, and easy parking. This quiet unit is the perfect escape for families, couples or friends. The thing you’ll hear most is the sound of the ocean from large sliding doors in the living room and front bedroom. There is plenty of easy parking just steps away from the unit. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to unload and walk straight out to the pool and beach. Literally just a few steps from parking to the unit to the sand. There is very little public parking on this stretch of beach so it stays peaceful and is rarely crowded, even on holidays and weekends. Another perk? Full sized washer and dryer. Rare for an oceanfront unit! You won’t be fighting over pool chairs or your perfect spot on the sand. The unit has a full kitchen with all the basics you need to cook meals if you choose to stay in. There is a shopping center just a half mile down the street for all your necessities (Dollar Tree, Food Lion, Walgreens). Plenty of delicious dining options are nearby. You will enjoy wifi and cable tv as well as Roku. Enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer with this perfect home base. You can keep as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. I lived in the area full time for twelve years so any questions you have about restaurants, activities or things not to miss- just ask! I want you to love the area as much as I do!

My experience was even better than I had expected. The property was clean, quiet, and had all the comforts of home. The pool and beach were easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy quick access to the beach with the Aquarium, grocery store, Nice city park (mini-golf, splash pad, soccer field, skate park) and nice restaurants all close by. Wonderful for a week's vacation or a weekend getaway! Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Had a great time with the family and hope we are able to vacation here again in the future.

Everything was amazing! Only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn’t working properly but that’s what paper plates are for right?

Excellent location, clean, and very close to pool and beach. Not busy quiet area and close to shopping, food areas etcHad some difficulty at check in and minor issues but overall a very enjoyable stay. Host was very pleasant.

We had a great stay! Our room was at the quiet end of the building, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well every night. Most days, the pool only had a couple of people in it, making it easy to enjoy without feeling crowded. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very short walk to the beach, just bring some beach chairs and umbrella and you will be good to go. Boogie boards and sand toys were provided. Great communication with host.

The best family trip! If you have littles ones, this is the best place to stay. First floor level, and a corner condo made this perfect for us. Kids could easily walk out onto the green. Immediate access to the pool and the beach. No having to cross the streets or completely "load up" for the day at the beach with such fast access.Unrelated to the stay - I accidently took home the parking permits and Laura was quick and understanding enough to let me mail them back. We didnt need much during our stay, but she was always quick to respond. Cant say enough great things about our stay at this condo. Already thinking about coming back next year!

The place was clean and location was great. Check-in was at 2:00 but we were not able to get in until almost 6:00. I will say that the host did refund us a little to try and make up for the inconvenience. Both bathtubs drain very slowly so you are standing in water while showering. Instead of the host sending a plumber, she sent us liquid draino to try and fix it our selves. It helped a little but we weren’t staying a whole week so we dealt with it.

The cleaners made a mistake due to their software not reading that someone was coming same day, and I gave a significant refund to this guest. I visited the unit just after this guest and the showers were draining perfectly fine. I did send draino directly to the unit and asked the guest to please let me know if that did not work and if not, I would call a plumber out right away. I did not want to interrupt the guest's stay with an emergency plumber or pay for an emergency plumber on a Sunday if the issue could be easily resolved, which it was. The guest was quite displeased having to pour draino into the showers, but I responded promptly and acted reasonably under the circumstances.

We were told the property would be ready at 2:00 p.m., yet when we arrived, the cleaners were still there and told us to return an hour later. Once settled in, we discovered several maintenance issues: the showers drained very poorly, missing blinds in the master bedroom left us without privacy, the living room blinds were falling down, one TV did not work, and several lamps were not working. We left the condo clean and in good condition, but a week later the host tried to charge us 300 saying she had to replace the master ceiling fan because the light was broken. Given the other maintenance issues this was especially frustrating. While the beachfront location is great, the property clearly needs better upkeep and management. I would not stay here again or recommend for family vacation, as a family getaway should be peaceful and stress-free, not filled with maintenance problems and unexpected accusations.

This review is extremely disappointing and untrue. Prior to being contacted about the damaged ceiling fan, this guest thanked me and said they enjoyed their stay, with no maintenance issues reported whatsoever. Immediately after checkout, my professional cleaners discovered that the glass on the ceiling fan had been broken. I promptly sent the guest photographic evidence of the damage. The entire fixture had to be replaced due to someone smashing the glass. The guest suggested my professional cleaners did this, which is absurd. I personally inspected the condo two days ago. The showers drain properly, the lights and TV work, and the master bedroom is not missing blind slats. Had any concerns been reported during the stay, I would have gladly addressed them. I welcome legitimate feedback, but posting these false complaints only after being asked to be responsible for documented damage is preposterous. Based on this experience and the refusal to take responsibility for the damage. I would not rent to this guest again. I am extremely disappointed that, rather than taking responsibility for documented damage to my property, this guest has chosen to post a misleading review that also attempts to damage my reputation as a host. I stand behind the condition of my property, my responsiveness to guests, and the documented facts surrounding this situation.

Beach Bliss

An excellent place for a summer beach vacation. First, the condo has everything a small family or some friends would need to have a memorable time at the beach. The kitchen is roomy which was great for prepping meals and the beds were super comfy. Additionally, they had all sorts of beach gear available to use, chairs, an umbrella and even a surfboard. The private swimming pool and ample parking were major bonuses too. Second, talk about an incredible location. It was so convenient being right on the beach for easy carrying the usual mountain of beach goods and the ability to swing back inside when kids and adults need a break from the sun. Also, really close was the grocery store, surf shops, and public parks. Finally, our host was wonderful. Super quick to reply to all my questions and wanted to make sure we had everything we need and more. Thanks y'all. Hope we can come back next year.
