This fully equipped vacation rental has gorgeous bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Take it easy in this top-shelf vacation home with a new dishwasher, ice maker, and garbage disposal. This is a great getaway for couples or families to vacation together. A luxury honeymoon villa, seasonal rental, or 'stay-cation' for Southwest Florida residents who need a taste of Island Life.Due to the past hurricane, we’ve lifted our house 10’ with stairs. It is not handicapped accessible as of yet.

We are located in the heart of the Matlacha Historic Fishing Village, with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, and tons of activities within easy walking distance. Ecotourism is huge here, with the famous Calusa Blueway, a famous trail for boaters and kayakers to enjoy. Our birders and fisher folk will be right at home, as well as anyone who wants to just lay back and enjoy the island life with a spa day and a good book. We also have an empty lot across the street for trailer parking.
