Peaceful home on canal with boat lift, hot tub, and 5 mins to Charlotte Harbor!

Beautiful and quiet waterfront home with amazing view, great fishing, and a hot tub to relax in after a nice day out on the water. The master bath was a focus point on this house, the 16" rainfall shower head and soaking tub make for a relaxing vacation. The 4 bedrooms offer plenty of space with a tv in most bedrooms. A desk and chair is available with high speed WiFi if needed during your stay. The living room has plenty of seating with the reclining leather couches. The kitchen was reconfigured to create a more open design for more ease of use. The dock is new with a 10k boatlift(24 foot x 9.5 foot) for your use as well as a 25 feet wet slip. 2 kayaks and fishing gear are also available for your use. Come stay with us! We are 15 minutes away from Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key by boat with great fishing spots either right off the dock or minutes from your home away from home. ****Currently Lavender’s Landing Boat Ramp is closed. You can put your boat in at Pineland or Back Bay Boat Ramp by the Bokeelia Fishing Pier.

Nice Peoperty.

This property is roomy and allows for privacy. Parking was tight, but managable. I stay at Bokeelia frequently on the canals. I loved this one!

This cute house has it all including a lot of space. Completely remodeled and very comfortable. Very clean and well stocked. The boat lift is a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and spacious. Great location if your bringing a boat and can access the other near by islands, grass flats or offfshore fishing dock and dine restaurants and many of the near by sandbars.

Perfect getaway home

I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway. It is in a perfect location with a nice boat lift and the owner is very accommodating. The home is very clean with plenty of room for family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Bokeelia on Pine Island

This newly updated house on a canal off Jugs Creek was perfect for us. The boat lift was a great advantage as there was no getting up in the middle of the night to check tides and lines. Had everything my family needed. We'll be back!

Plenty of Room for Guy Fishing Trip

This place is a great place to come back to each night after fishing. There is plenty of room not to get in each other's way and to relax in the evenings. Communications are very quick and accomodating. Thank you for sharing your home.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bokeelia and this waterfront home was amazing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property was meticulously maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The location of the property was perfect for your boat and fishing. The neighborhood was quite and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water. Overall, my experience was outstanding. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed rental, I highly recommend!

Great stay on PI

We had an amazing time and the house was more than adequate! The master bathroom/shower/bath was dreamy with windows overlooking the canal. It was also dog friendly, which is rare with vacation rentals, which helped us tremendously by not having to board our pooch for the week. The home as well as kitchen were fully equipped with every last thing we’d need and made our vacation so easy. ***The selling point for us was the ability to keep our boat on the lift right at the house and not have to worry about checking ropes and tides. The boat launch was on the next street over so after we launched it the one time, we just kept it with us on the lift at the house. Easy to hose off daily after using it, as well as charging boat batteries etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Pine Island is our little hidden paradise and we were so glad to see it building back.

Convenient to boat ramp

The owner did a great job updating this home and the accommodations were well thought out. It is roomy and the bed in the master was very comfortable (I didn't sleep in the other ones). Couldn't be closer to the boat ramp so that was a plus! I enjoyed one of the two kayaks on the property.

Beautiful home

Beautiful spacious home with all the accommodations you will need while you are away. Great location and close to the boat ramp. Having the boat lift was nice and helped give us peace of mind at night. The owner was very accommodating with any needs that we needed. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for boaters

We had a terrific stay at a nice property. We LOVED the showers. The multiple TV’s allowed the guys to watch the hockey game while the gals watched a movie. The lift and covered boat alcove were perfect! We were able to load and disembark with ease. Fishing was excellent. Nothing but great things to say. Thanks for being such a terrific host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful! The pictures were great but even better in person. The owner has put A LOT of work into this place, and you can tell. Great location and property

Property was exactly as advertised. The house was well kept and all we needed was there. The master shower and bathroom is absolutely amazing!! The guest bath is also very nice! After a long day fishing or on the water the giant rain head in the master shower is everything you could ask for. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend!

Excellent Get-Away!

Our stay here was just what we needed. My husband, myself and our two pups went there for a few days away. It was spring break, so it wasn't easy finding just the right place. Richard came through for us and had availability for the time we needed. From the moment I reached out to him, till after we checked out, he was in contact with me making sure everything was just right. Communication is key, and he was top notch. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We'll no doubt look him up again if we're going back to that area. Thank you Richard!!!

Hello my name is Russell, we just finished the remodel on our home which we have been working on for a few years. We decided being off the island was better for our for commute so we moved to a condo in Fort Myers. We didn't want to sell so we decided to share our slice of paradise with whoever wants to stay. We lived there for 7 years and loved ever second of the peace and quiet it provided. We hope you will enjoy it.

We loved the access provided by the water. We frequented Cayo Costa beach as well as the surrounding areas. You can get practically anywhere without having to drive a car.
