Disfrute de su estadía en esta gran casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños con acceso directo. Atraque su bote en el elevador cubierto y haga que sus aventuras en bote sean fáciles y divertidas. Cuando no esté navegando o disfrutando de las innumerables otras actividades al aire libre disponibles en el área, disfrutará de una casa bellamente renovada con un plano de planta dividido que incluye una gran suite principal completa con una gran ducha a ras de suelo en su propio baño privado.
Las camas y ropa de cama de alta calidad mejoran su experiencia de sueño. El gran plano de planta abierto con una gran sala y lanai con mosquitero permite un amplio espacio para que todos los huéspedes se relajen.

We rented this property because we were visiting friends and family in the area. The back yard was amazing. More than enough seating for several people, fishing right from the dock, a huge swim hot tub and kayaks. My boys main goal was to fish and it did not disappoint. They got to kayak with a dolphin. The living room is huge and inviting. The bedrooms were very nice. We played games, made many meals and very much enjoyed this property.

Great Florida vacation home

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at this home during July 4th week. We brought our boat and the dock and outdoor area was perfect! Everything was so comfortable and it was such a wonderful house for our vacation!

Lovely stay!

Ed's house was a fantastic place for our family get away! The house was very clean, well stocked, and a great location. We were able to bring our boat so the boat lift was a great amenity to have. There was great fishing nearby and a short boat ride to Boca Grande. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful location with all amenities you could want

What a great stay and experience! This house is so clean and comfortable and has everything you could want. The setup of this house is amazing and well thought out. The hot tub, boat lift, and kayaks were all an added bonus. You will be happy you booked this place!

We had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. House on the canal where you can watch the fish jumping. House very clean and has everything you need. Great location! Friendly owners and are helpful if you need anything.

Perfect Location, Perfect House!!!

Had a great weekend trip with the guys, fishing. The house met all of our needs: was clean, updated, and roomy enough for 4 men. Ed (the owner) stopped by as we arrived, to say hi, and to make sure we had everything we needed. A pleasurable stay and easy process from booking to departure. Will certainly stay here again!

Great rental

Enjoyed our stay! Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Brought our boat and went fishing and island hopping every day. Saw manatees, dolphins and a sea turtle came up to our boat was amazing. Ed is great and was super helpful!

Fabulous Stay

Our family stayed at Ed’s home to celebrate the new year. The home was perfect for us & exceeded our expectations. The location on the canal was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. Ed stopping by shortly we arrived, to show us around was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great location

Perfect for our family trip. Easy going, perfect for boating activities. Lots of great restaurants to visit by boat or car. Great fishing whether with your own a boat or charter. We did both and enjoyed every bit of it. Ed the owner was very hospitable and accommodating. Awesome house with a great layout.

Long Weekend Getaway

Great property for a end of summer boating vacation. We stayed for a few days and brought our boat for some fun and fishing. Home was well stocked we had plenty of room for our family of five. The dock had more then enough room for our 26ft Center Console and canal was easy to navigate. We plan to stay again in the future.

Relaxing in Fishin Inn

This vacation was just what the doctored ordered!!! Great location and exactly nothing to do except hang out with my family and reconnect. The house is beautifully appointed and the host is easy to work with. Maybe a notebook to answer faq would be the only improvement needed.

Comfortable Respite

Three comfortable bedrooms with two and a half baths allowed the four of us to have quiet, private spaces. Great socializing areas too and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the sunroom and open sitting areas by the salt water canal. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the hot water spa but urge you to on your visit. We would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Perfect View/Great Location

I could have not been more pleased with the property! The view was incredible and the house has been recently updated and remodeled. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Ed was great, he was available for any question or issue right away! I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pics accurate. Dock and screened porch area fantastic for groups. Well appointed kitchen. Clean and spacious 1-car garage. Strong WiFi. Owner nearby. Close to grocery and nature preserve. Really cool master bath. Liked snook light below dock to watch fish in canal in the evening.

Fishing family dream

Upon arrival Ed was available to show us all the details of the house. Good WiFi and streaming tv. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need to stay for an extended period of time. The boat lift, dock, back porch and deck areas are big bonuses with lots of seating options to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Outdoor fire pit and first class gas grill are also good. The master bedroom and bathroom sports lots of closet space and the walk-in shower is a show stopper. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped well for adults or kids. Parking was sufficient for our 2 trucks and we parked our boat trailer in the front stone yard. Excellent rental for fishing and boating. The canal ride out is easy and the bait store D&D provides a convenient close place to launch and buy ice and bait. Many restaurants and bars are close by short drive or boat ride. We had some trouble with the boat lift and Ed was available immediately to get it fixed. All and All this place is first class. Great Job Ed.
