An ideal place to enjoy the holidays on Lake Garda.
A spacious and comfortable fit in a well kept and very elegant residential complex with swimming pool and sweeping views of the lake. Located near the center of town Torri del Benaco and the shore of the lake. the apartment is completely new and furnished with great care you will spend a holiday of nature and relax. Suitable for families or groups of friends has 6 comfortable beds surrounded by greenery and quiet area is both a superb location with supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment also has a private garage. Living room with sofa, TV-SAT, two kitchens with dining area, four bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, washing machine, air conditioning, heating and other comforts like terrace umbrella and outdoor furniture, deckchairs, elevator, common garden. Total lake view! The apartment comes detergents for the daily cleaning of the house, washing machine and dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, basic ingredients for cooking (salt, sugar ..), towels, pool towels, linens, all inclusive in the price of 'rent.

Good for 4 person family

Nadia's appartement is located 8 walking minutes south of Torri center. The pool is nice and the kids loved it. It was quiet and clean, I found the main bed itself and bedroom awesome! Nadia responded quickly to all our messages and provided fast help when needed (power outage). The only downside is, what other people already mentioned, that the second sleeping/leaving room is in the basement which is not really visible on the pictures. It was cool and a little humid down there (basement style) which is ok-ish to sleep but if you want to use it otherwise, it won't work. Overall we had a good stay! Thank you!

Viel Licht, aber auch deutliche Schattenseiten

Wir bewohnten das Appartement mit zwei unserer erwachsenen Kinder und einer Freundin. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind modern und hell möbliert und die Küche ist mit dem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Ofen. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und der Blick über den See sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Torri ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Anlage des Pools entspricht exakt den Bildern, er ist sauber und gepflegt. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Parkgarage, von der man sogar mit einem Fahrstuhl zu den einzelnen Ebenen der Ferienanlage gelangt. Enttäuschend war für uns, dass es keinen Grill gab, was damit begründet wurde, dass das Grillen nicht mehr erlaubt sei. Auf den Bildern des Online-Auftritts sind aber eindeutig Grills zu sehen, in den Ausstattungsdetails ist ein Grill aufgeführt. Das jeweils zweite Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer befindet sich im Keller, es sind zwar Fenster vorhanden, aber diese führen zu einem ca. 1,80 m tiefen Schacht - es gibt also kein wirkliches Tageslicht. Zudem ist besonders das Wohnzimmer recht muffig, so dass eines unserer Kinder im Wohnzimmer geschlafen hat. Unserer Meinung nach geht dies nicht eindeutig aus den Bildern hervor, wir haben mit einem Souterrain, aber nicht mit einem Keller gerechnet.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt für 2 Personen

Die Lage der Anlage ist einfach traumhaft. Fußläufig zum See und auch nach Torri del Benaco. Der Pool ist mega schön. Die Wohnung ist auch gut. Alles vorhanden. Die obere Etage verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit vollausgestatteter Küche. Die Terrasse ist sowohl vom Schlaf- als auch vom Wohnzimmer begehbar. Die Möbel sind zum Teil jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Einen deutschen TV-Sender gibt es im Fernseher nicht. Aber wer schaut schon Fernsehen, wenn er so eine schöne Terrasse hat :-) Wir haben jedoch nur die oberen Zimmer benutzt, was auch gut war. Unten muffelt es sehr (Feuchtigkeit) und ist recht dunkel, dort kann man sich nicht wirklich aufhalten, geschweige denn schlafen. Dafür ist die Wohnung recht teuer. Aber es ist schwer, etwas in dieser Lage mit Pool zufinden.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Wir bewohnten den oberen Teil ; Tolle Aussicht - gut ausgestattete Whg; Kleiner Mangel war die Müllentsorgung, mussten dazu die öffentliche Container Station aufsuchen, die etwas weiter weg waren

Gerne immer wieder

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren in Nadias wundervollen Wohnung. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr gepflegt und lässt dank Pool, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und elektrischem Tor keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia war hervorragend und wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen. Allein schon für den tollen Blick direkt auf den See.

Leider Enttäuscht!

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr hübsch gebaut mit einladenden Pool. Tiefgarage , elektrisches Tor für die Sicherheit und wunderschöner Blick auf den Gardasee. Die zauberhafte Innenstadt in gemütlichen, wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die große Enttäuschung. Reist man mit 2 Familien an. Schläft 1 Familie davon im Keller!!! Ohne Tageslicht. Die Bilder vom 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich täuschen. Die Luft ist eine Katastrophe. Trotz Luftentfeuchter. Fehlt einem quasi die Luft zum Atmen. Der untere Bereich ist - aus unserer Sicht - nicht vermietbar. Bucht man das Apartment für eine Familie. Nutzt man auf der oberen Etage einen tollen Wohn/ Schlafbereich. Nach Kommunikation mit der Vermieter und unserer deutlichen Beschwerde, wurde uns ein Rabatt gewährt. Leider hatten wir nicht die Möglichkeit eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Es war Hochsession.

Not the property we had booked!

My siblings and I had planned this holiday for over a year. We specifically looked for a place with 4 separate bedrooms, so each of us could enjoy their own space, as well as spending time together in communal spaces. Again and again we looked at the listing, getting excited about spending time together for the first time in years. When my sister and I arrived, we were shown the property and it had only two bedrooms, plus a living room downstairs which had a sofa bed. The two downstairs rooms were basically in the basement, without any signal, very bad WiFi and one if the rooms has no air conditioning. The host was shocked about the fact that we had booked a different property, told us that the one in the listing was the one next door and there was nothing she could do, but there was a sofa bed in the open plan kitchen we could use. We said that was not what we had booked and asked for a discount, to which she responded that she couldn’t do that as Vrbo is taking so much commission. She also pointed out that we would have had to pay a lot more for the other property, which was beside the point. The appliances were all operating as a smart house, but the host didn’t tell us during check in and there no instructions. The host came back on the first night, switched the smart house functions on and left, but everything was in Italian, so it wasn’t easy to work out the functions. The upstairs shower was boiling hot and the temperature couldn’t be changed, but we couldn’t be bothered anymore to report it. I ima

Die Vermieterin Nadia war sehr aufmerksam und hat unsere Fragen immer umgehend beantwortet. Super!

Es war alles da was man braucht. Moderne Möbel und Geschmackvolle Dekoration sorgen für angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Appartementanlage ist gepflegt. Der Pool war sauber ! Nur wenige Minuten und man ist zu Fuß am See und mitten im Ort. Wir werden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen. Dankeschön Nadia!!!

Alles war perfekt

Schon vor Antritt des Urlaubs lief alles reibungslos ab. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorher und während des Aufenthaltes super. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Komplikationen sehr gut. Und dann die Ferienwohnung... sie hat alle unserer Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt nichts, was hätte besser sein können. Einfach perfekt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Betten, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Und dann noch die super tolle Seesicht! Die Lage sehr sehr gut, Gastronomie, Geschäfte sind allesamt fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem, wir waren schon ein wenig traurig, nach 10 Tagen die schönen Ferienwohnung und die schöne Gegend wieder zu verlassen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!! Ganz lieben Dank für alles noch einmal an unsere Vermieterin Nadia!!

Super schöner Urlaub

Eine super schöne Anlage mit einer perfekten Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Die Anlage erfüllt alle Wünsche, wie z.B. einen Pool mit Sonnenliegen, einen kleinen Garten und einer Garage. Die Wohnung war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Geschirrspültabs für den Geschirrspüler, Wäschepods für die Waschmaschine und Espressokapseln für den Kaffeautomaten. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und bei Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Lampe defekt) immer erreichbar. Diese wurden auch umgehend beseitigt. Kurz zusammen gefasst: Es war so schön, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren.

Toller Urlaub/Прекрасный вид на озеро

Toller Ausblik auf den See, besonders der Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist schön und liegt in einigen Minuten vom Zentrum eines tollen Städtchen, zum See nur einen Sprung entfernt. Danke der zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.

perfect stay

Ideal location with direct supervision of the lake. Nadia is extremely friendly and attentive to guests. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and accommodates two small families. We enjoyed our stay and would like to book it again.
