Great for Two plus the dog
100 metres from a beautiful dog-friendly beach, 5 minutes walk to the lovely village centre, lots to like about this property.
The apartment is modern and benefits from a very well equipped kitchen and a small garden looking towards the bay of Quiberon.
The bedroom is very small though and will be a challenge for persons with limited mobility.
We very much enjoyed our stay and were pleased to have booked this apartment. I have two suggestions for improvement:
1) There is no air conditioning, so it is necessary to keep the bedroom window and patio door open through the night to maintain fresh air through the apartment. This wouldn't be a problem if there were insect screens on the window and door, but there are no screens so you have the unfortunate choice of fresh air plus insect bites, or hot, stuffy air but no bites. Insect screens are very cheap and easy to fit and this is a simple but very effective solution to a vex. Your future guests will be very pleased.
2) The garden is an integral part of the property and should be maintained to the same standard. It's a great benefit to have the garden, less so if it's poorly maintained.
Altogether, a good apartment for 2 people, (plus dog) well equipped, great location, good property managers (merci bien), with two things to do that will improve the experience greatly.
