Mountain View Cottage

Our home and the 5-STAR guest cottage sit on 11 acres, nestled in the valley on a hilltop between Lookout and Sand Mountains. Our driveway is over 400 feet long, which allows lots of privacy. The cottage was built as a mother-in-law suite and sleeps two adults very comfortably, located across the driveway from our home. There is a pond that is about 1.5 acres and located along the lower driveway. We're located 1 - 3 miles from several good local and chain restaurants in Trenton, Georgia: Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Chattanooga, 20 -25 minutes. Ruby Falls features a 40-foot climbing tower with five routes of varying difficulty and 700 feet of rushing zip lines with amazing views of the Tennessee Valley! Also, Lookout Mountain Flight Park- Hang Gliding and Paragliding Training Center. One of the best hang gliding experiences in the country is only 10 minutes away.

Cloudland Canyon is only a 10-minute drive; hiking paths include the short Overlook Trail, strenuous Waterfalls Trail, and moderate West Rim Loop Trail. Mountain biking is available at the newly developed Five Points Recreation Area and along the Cloudland Connector Trail. The park also offers disc golf, a fishing pond, trails for horseback riding, picnicking, and overlooks. Check out our guest book for more information.
