We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property.The location was close to the ocean and, since it’s a patio home, there are no stairs to deal with! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bedrooms. We all enjoyed the nicely decorated great room, dining room and kitchen. The home has a great back patio with a view of palm trees and the ocean on the horizon. The property is also pet friendly which was great for our family. The host responds quickly if you need anything!We would definitely recommend this property in a beautiful gated community!

Really appreciate the host’s flexibility as we stayed here while construction was being performed at our house. We were able to add nights easily in front and after our original booked nights. The home was perfect for three seniors and our dog. I needed a home that was safe for my 81 year old mother to be in (single level). While the second bathroom is not a walk in shower, the tub is low and my mother had no problem using it. The neighborhood is fun. People are friendly. We loved watching the kids play in the neighborhood but somehow it is still a quiet neighborhood. The yard was perfect size and security level for our dog. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching sunsets.

Golf Trip

Did the Kip Puterbaugh Academy at Aviara and this was a very convenient alternative to staying at the Resort. The 3 of us each had our own room and had a great stay.

This house is both relaxing and fun, with a community pool and spa nearby. It’s near the beach, racetrack, parks, lagoons and so many attractions. The main room allows the family to enjoy time together.... and opens into a gated yard that's great for kids and pets.
