"Oiza Beach Luxe" is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach in Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oíza. Thus, "Oiza Beach Luxe" adds the privilege of enjoying a house designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth diglo the most spectacular beach north of the island.



The "Oiza Beach Luxe" apartment is newly renovated with excellent qualities and furniture; It has a complete and equipped high-end kitchen and two bedrooms: a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 cm) and another twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a fabulous bathroom with shower and a fantastic terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sunset.



The apartment is at the first floor (not ground floor) and it is located in the best area of Puerto Alcúdia with all the services for the best leisure at your disposal.

What a great stay!

The location is spectacular - view of the Alcudia Bay - really nice. It is close to everything. The check in process and communication was great. It would have been nice to have better water pressure, but in the overall scheme, it was neglijable. Beautiful place, highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience!.

Incredible location

The location of the property is incredible, safe, and has magical landscaping. It is a short 5 minute drive to downtown/old town Alcudia. The old romantic streets, bodegas, and restaurants were an experience I’d recommend to everyone. Especially those who desire adventure, romance, and exquisite food. Very dirty apartment. Almost everything is broken. Lavabo and shower would be broken everything was clogged. strong damp smell in bedroom dead critters everywhere

Some guests spend their holiday trying to find the minimum excuse to get a compensation. The apartment (as always) was perfectly clean and revised: please check other reviews of proper guests. The guest found a hair under one bed mattress: that's what's was dirty Future hosts: beware of this guest.

I think you could have a lovely stay here. It is in a beautiful location with direct access to the beach. However, we ended up leaving after difficulty in communication with the host and some challenges with the apartment. (a blind fell on my head). If you do stay here clarify how the host will communicate. Check in instructions were sent to my email which I had shut down for vacation. There was nothing in the VRBO app. and eventually communicated through WhatsApp and got in the apartment. I reached out after the blind fell on my head and heard nothing back. We decided between the difficulty getting check in instructions and the lack of concern about the blind to seek other accommodations. We got a partial refund. I think with a bit more care and more clear communication this could be a lovely place to stay. As frequent travelers this was our first time ever leaving an accommodation.

Die Lage Die Küchenausstattung Das Bett im kleinen Zimmer muss dringend geölt/repariert werden. Es quietscht und knarrt furchtbar laut. Unsere Kinder (6+10 Jahre) haben dort geschlafen.

Die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf die Bucht sind unschlagbar, die Lage super. Allerdings ist die Duschtür im Bad ziemlich verschimmelt, auch die Armatur in der Dusche fliegt ständig ab, so dass ein anständiges regulieren der Temperatur schwierig ist.Das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer quietscht so sehr, dass an eine erholsame Nachtruhe nicht zu denken ist. Die Vermieter sollten das Bad renovieren und auch das Bett austauschen. Da wäre schon viel geholfen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt genügend Geschirr.Nebenan ist ein großes Hotel, das abends ziemlich laute Animation hat.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage direkt am Strand. Abends kann man den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Das WLAN hatte oft Aussetzer.

Sehr zentrale kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und zentral gelegen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist im Sommer sicher toll. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Es warteten sogar einige OVP Lebensmittel für den ersten Tag auf uns bei der Ankunft (Wasser, Milch, Nudeln, Tomatensoße, Apfelsaft). Ein toller Service! Die Kontaktaunahme mit der Agentur war super problemlos und nett! Einzig ein „Willkommensordner“ mit allen nötigen Infos und vielleicht ein Handtuch mehr, wären schön gewesen.

Sehr schön gelegenes und sauberes Apartment mit tollen Ausblick auf den breiten Strand und das schöne Meer. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Service des Vermittlers bebreeze ist absolut vorbildlich. Das Bad könnte mal wieder eine neue Duschtür bekommen.
