Memory foam mattresses on king, queen, full and twin beds. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. High-speed internet. Full kitchen that is stocked to make cooking easy. The property was exactly as advertised and more. Pam was a great host and stayed in contact to make sure we had what we needed. We flew in, dropped our stuff and immediately had a show to get to in red rocks. No worries because the fridge was stocked with water and ice and the Keurig was ready to go in the morning with K cups, sugar and creamers. All of the beds were memory foam and comfy and the bathrooms have both been updated very nicely. Great appliances, great outdoor space and within a reasonable distance to tons of things to do.

We had a great time with a family reunion included while having a memorial service for our Dad at Ft Logan. The back patio was an absolute hit.The bedroom configuration was great for our family. Just 5 stars isn't enough for this home and host! The property was absolutely PERFECT! Our host was AMAZING, keeping up communication with us, and ensuring everything was as it should be. The home was spacious, we had more than enough room for our party of 9, and she really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable...from the fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas, indoor and outdoor games in addition to the backyard area. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

From the moment we booked, communication with our host, Pam, was excellent. She was responsive before, during, and after our stay. She proactively reached out as needed. We were a party of 7 adults.The property is exactly as described. The main level has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and TV. The basement includes two additional bedrooms, another living area with a second TV, a foosball table, and laundry room. There is a garage that could park two vehicles along with a nice-sized driveway for more cars, if needed.The home was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry detergent, cookware, dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches of chocolates and bottled waters after a long day of travel.The backyard is charming, and we enjoyed grilling one evening and watching bunnies each morning. The location was perfect for visiting Red Rocks, downtown Golden, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, hiking, and more. We also found a lovely nearby park with walking trails and a small nature center. It's close to grocery stores.A couple things to note: the older wood floors are creaky, so footsteps can be heard at night, and the king mattress was firmer than we prefer. A soft mattress topper would improve comfort for those who like a softer bed.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Denver area.

The house was very organized and clean. I really liked the hardwood floors in the living area and bedrooms on the main floor. It was nice to have a big enough garage to accommodate two vehicles. The check-in and checkout was very simple. The backyard was private and we did enjoy the corn hole game that was provided. We would definitely stay there again.
