Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

☆☆ MAIN FLOOR ☆☆
The living area can be found to the left of the stairs. There's room for everyone to get cozy on the plush sectional, or around the coffee table. Modern, Bohemian accents make this living space so comfortable and inviting. The open concept flows into the dining area that features a table that can seat 6. The back sliding doors open to the upstairs deck which leads down to the large backyard.

The kitchen includes updated stainless steel appliances, a large smart fridge, microwave, stove and oven, and a fully stocked coffee station for your use. All cooking essentials are included for your convenience.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find the large back deck complete with table seating for your group and a BBQ Grill conveniently located near the kitchen for all your grilling needs! The deck leads to the huge backyard. You can see a school playground a few blocks away for your enjoyment.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This stunning suburban home has five beautiful bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs, they all feature plush mattresses and soft linens, and room darkening shades for your ultimate comfort.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a large closet, and small attached bathroom with walk in shower. The large windows let in so much light, but worry not, blackout curtains are included for a good night's sleep. A closet and luggage rack can be found for your belongings during your stay.

The second bedroom is across the hall and includes two twin size beds, a closet and a nightstand. Plenty of closet space is available for your use.

The third upstairs bedroom features a cozy full size mattress, nightstands, and closet for your belongings.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
A house that sleeps 10 should have plenty of bathrooms so group members do not have to wait. There are 3 bathrooms throughout the house; two upstairs and one downstairs.

The second upstairs bathroom is across the hall from the two bedrooms for convenient use. With a large vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo, this bright bathroom is the perfect place for your group to get ready.

☆☆ LOWER LEVEL ☆☆
Just down the stairs you’ll find a large living room / game room with a foosball table and board games for your use. Come lounge in one of the two extra large bean bag chairs, or try your hand at corn-hole. Or just get cozy on the couches in front of the 55" Smart TV. This is the perfect room for your group to relax and unwind.

A washer and dryer can be found in the utility room and is available for your use.

The first downstairs bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, two nightstands, a closet and room darkening shades.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kiddos. With two sets of bunk beds with twin mattresses, enough to sleep 4, and tons of books and games, it’ll be hard to get the kids out of this room!

The downstairs bathroom is large and bright. A walk-in shower, toilet, and spacious vanity complete the space.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The back sliding doors open to the upstairs deck, providing easy access to the outdoors. Enjoy a yard with deck, BBQ and patio furniture for outdoor living. The patio offers a picturesque view of the expansive backyard, a fun place for the kids to play! Please note some patio furniture will be in storage over winter months.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
