Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Living and dining spaces
Step inside to a bright main living room styled with modern bohemian touches, a plush sectional, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The open layout flows seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six and a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a smart fridge, and a fully stocked coffee station. Sliding doors connect to the deck, where you can grill and enjoy meals in the fresh air. Downstairs, a second living area invites you to gather for game nights or movies, complete with a foosball table, oversized bean bags, board games, and a 55-inch smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and nine beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds, while a third offers a full-size bed. On the lower level, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, perfect for kids. Each room is designed with blackout curtains, soft linens, and thoughtful details for a restful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone in your group. The master bath is private to the suite, while the second upstairs bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. The lower-level bathroom is easily accessible from the queen and bunk rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with either a walk-in shower or a tub-shower combination, plus spacious vanities and fresh towels.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a highlight of the property. Spend warm days grilling on the deck or dining outdoors at the patio table. Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.
