Summary:
This beautiful home is perfect for a group trip. It is spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, dining room, bar, and an office. There is a large outdoor space with a patio and a firepit. The house is comfortable and stylish-wonderfully decorated and feels like a home away from home. We are centrally located- 3 minutes from Olde Town Arvada, 10 minutes from Golden, 15 minutes from Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and just over an hour from world class skiing. Enjoy Colorado with this gem!

The Neighborhood:
The house is right across the street from a large park with walking trails, covered gazebo with benches, and a playground. We are 3 minutes away from downtown Arvada with great bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Only 15 minutes away from Denver.
Broncos stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena- 15 minutes
Red Rocks- 15 minutes
Mission Ball Room- 15 minutes
Elitch Gardens Theme Park- 15 minutes

Getting Around:
There is a large 4 car driveway for parking in front of the house. There is an RTD bus stop directly outside of our house. There is a light rail station 3 minutes away at the Olde Town Arvada Station. The light rail G line is just $3.00 and will take you to downtown Union Station in Denver in 20 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

We enjoyed our stay in Arvada and Golden! It was the perfect place to get ready and stay for a family wedding! We loved that so many places were within walking distance - Starbucks, grocery store and more! The house was clean, the beds were comfy and plenty of room to sleep 8 and socialize too!!

Perfect spot to spend a week with my dog!! The house was very comfortable and the location to the park and Olde Town was perfect - we were able to walk to town so easily!

I’m looking forward to staying at this property in the future, it is centrally located in the Denver and Boulder area. The property is clean and decorated so pretty. The host is extremely accommodating.

Overall, the property was nice. It was in a great location next to an awesome park for kids. It was also great for a morning/evening walk. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The only reason for not giving it a full 5 star was the cleanliness. It could have used a good deep cleaning.

Wonderful stay! Super comfortable beds and plenty of seating spaces to spread out. The water pressure was superb. Clean, relaxing, overall a great stay. Super close to the beer garden in a nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Had an excellent stay here in Olde Town. It was a real treat to have so much room to spread out and Brenna was quick to respond! Hope to stay here aging the next time we’re in Denver.

This was a great house for our girls weekend. The five bedrooms made it really easy for everyone to feel like they had a little bit of space and privacy in addition to our time together. We had a couple of small glitches with the house and the host was highly responsive.

We were in Colorado for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The host Brenna was super responsive and the home was as described and pictured and was within 45 minutes of so many wonderful places to visit. If you have a large group to accommodate in or around the Arvada area, this is the place for you!

We were five adults attending a six-day therapy training and this house served all our purposes - everyone in their own comfortable room, big kitchen for everyone to meal prep in. It was a convenient location as well.
